Bwiset na mga staffs ng chowking diyan. I ordered then nag antay na dumating. 15mins wala pa din and nag follow up ako sa cashier para sa order ko. Ang sabi sige sir ifollow up namin another 15mins na pag antay, nakita ko yung mga bagong kakaupo lang, within a minute dumating na ang order. Nagalit na ako bakit wala pa din ang order ko. Nag follow up ulit ako at nagalit sa cashier, gidouble check ulit nila kasama na ang manager, and found out wala daw akong order na naka queue. Sa madaling salita, wala pa pala nagawa ang order ko. E ano palang action nila nung nag follow up ako? Mga bwiset. Magiging okay na sana sakin yung nangyari e kaso nga lang ni isa man lang sa kanila even ang cashier, yung nag serve most specially ang manager hindi man lang nag sorry sa nangyari? Ang kakapal niyo! Magsi resign kayo mga wala kayong care sa customers niyo!

Place was crowded most of the time and crew was nit that accommodating, bibigay nila order mo ng incomplete tas aalis agad kahit tawagin mo di ma lilingunin. Yung table na kinainan namin ang tagal linisin, ang babagal kumilos ng crew

I just ordered a Pearl Milk Tea. But it was one of the best Ive tasted among other branches. And available sya after midnight. Mostly ng 24-hr stores nila, hndi na available.

Chowking greenfield needs to clean the place better. I ate there few times but its always rough. The spoons and glasses got smudges on them. They need to clean their utensils better to avoid transmitting bacteria.

The staff are helpful but the quality of food is not acceptable... We went there at around 8pm and the rice they served is already cold like leftover from lunchtime.. The wonton soup was very salty.

One time i ordered pancit canton but almost an hour of waiting my order wasnt delivered. I just went to the counter to complain. That was the time they started to prepare the food. But i think it was an isolated case because the crew looks so exhausted, that was about 12 midnight.

A very accessible place for people who needs to go home to Rizal. There is a UV Terminal beside the location. And the people has a food to eat while waiting.

Im on a graveyard shift so i like that they are open during those times. Foods are good, especially their Halo-halo, it was actually improved! I got more toppings and its much creamier this time than before. Thank goodness you have pineapple to offer as beverages since I have heart failure and sodas aint good, you know; however, this I want to suggest, last time I asked for other hot drinks besides coffee, like hot choco or whatever, unfortunately theres no. I hope you offer hot chocolate as well, because not everyone drinks coffee, btw.Also your AC cant reach the tables at the right side of the store. I know you can fix that. More power and God bless!

Tablewares are already too abused to not notice. So many scratches and the plastic drinking glasses are unpleasant to look at already

Very poor service..my coffee was not serve , done eating my food so i need to follow up the ordered coffee in counter because the crews have just ignore my request..it was my 2nd.time experienced in the this store. Order was served very late

Had to wait for 45 mins for my Salt & Pepper Lauriat because of incompetent employees. I ordered at 10:24 pm. After 20 mins, I went to the counter. Apparently, my order wasnt prepared because the cook did not have the items. They took my receipt to know what I ordered. Never got it back. I had to wait 25 mins to get my food. By that time, I am already starving.Not even an apology. Not even a complimentary glass of water. Nothing.Bad customer service. Stay away.

Food was what you would usually expect from chowking. The place was not well lit, the staff were rude. Plus theres now a 5 peso fee that you have to pay to get chili sauce which is unjustifiably stupid.
