Food is great although parang same lang ng lasa yung mga sauce. Meat lang pinagkaiba. Price is very affordable dahil automatic UNLI JAVA RICE! Counter area is a bit snug dahil may table sa harap ng counter. Sana tanggalin nalang para medyo maluwag. Then yung mga crew is very attentive naman. Good job guys!

Ready good food and whats more, they have unlimited java rice. Its surprising that they keep the unlimited rice thing subtle and I think that if they advertise it more theyd be a real hit. Their java rice taste really good and has a bit of spice on it.

Surprisingly good & cheap!All their meals are served sizzling hot. Great taste for a very affordable price.Best part - UNLI JAVA RICE!!!!

Basically it’s pan-fried frozen meat served on a cold iron plate, with one tiny scoop of pre-cooked sautéed vegetable stored in a plastic box, while the frozen meat is being defrosted in the middle of the restaurant (see pic). When I asked for more vegetable even offered to pay for it, the waiter said it’s not possible. Spend your money and eat somewhere else.

Me and my gf went on an exploratorylets eat where we havent in Robinsons Forum and decided to dine in here, As we are just looking at the menu, male crew (about 2-3 guys) noticeably chitchatting and looking at us. We ordered, aside from the bland meat sereneding as steak the male crew in the kitchen are laughing after one of them delivered the food to us. Frankly, I got turned off as they act like they are in a drinking session (parang inuman lang) and as I looked back they are still looking at us and keeps on laughing. They obviously dont have delicadeza and poor customer service. Please have your crews act professional and corteous because they look like tambays and act like it.

The staff was incredibly rude. When we first arrived the staff member who was working the register and passing out rice, pushed me to fit between me and a table full of guest and not Excuse me or Sorry. When we attempted to order the same staff member refused to answer my questions. I ask for a manager and she told my wife there was none. I then asked for a supervisor and again she told my wife there is no supervisor. I started to lose my temper and i was a bit loud so, she finally brought someone from the back that provided me with a cell number. I am still awaiting a response, so I do not know if it is real or not. I found the food to be extremely small portions and the unlimited rice was never offered to us. Many of the menu items posted were no longer offered. My family will never return to Grill Out.

The staff was very very rude. For laughing at me while I order our food. Very poor customer service and no way to provide feedback to their company. Im not satisfied for giving them 1 star they should receive nothing.

Its ok. Affordable and unlimited rice (java) and gravy. Crew/Staff just needs to smile more

Food is OK nothing spectacular. Sizzling plate wasnt hot enough to cook egg on the pork sisig we ordered. And chicken teriyaki a bit salty
