Poor hotel.. napakalayo ng itsura sa nkapost sa kahit anong online booking.. not recommended to anyone!!! Staff klangan pa ng orientation ... floor super luma as in mukhang klangan na ng renovation.. 1 start is too much.. kung my negative lang dito un ang ibibigay ko. Lobby npakainit.. hotel ba to? O simpleng inn lang.

The place is amazing! Ok naman siya kaya lang sa room namin tumutulo yung aircon so basa yung floor then walang rug. But the place is awesome!

It shldnt be called a hotel,,Its condo rooms rental,,Photos decieving and have nothing to with hotelier field.Staff r nice but lack of management in followings guest needs.Mattress dirty and there is holes in it.We had to use our sleeping bags.There is no plugs to charge ur gadgets near bed area.Never recommend it ,,such a shame

Nice location. Walking distance from MRT Shaw. And just across PICPA, the national organization of CPAs in the Philippines.

Location is in the heart of Mandaluyong., walking distance to SM Megamal, Star Mall, and Shangrila Shaw. Receptionists are accomodating and so are their housekeeping and securities. Swimming pool is tailored for kids at the M2 level. Buffet is ok...nothing much especial...Rooms are perfect for a family-2 bedroom is great, equipped with basic furniture.

The building is old. Staff are nice, location is great but there is fee for everything else you did not know.Total price to pay was not upfront, we booked a room for 6 but the set of utensils is only good for 4 and we have to pay for each utensil we need, weve been informed during checkin that breakfast was for 6 but when were about to have breakfast, its only good for 3. It was stressful dealing with all fees.

Lancaster is under renovation In the lobby area and parking area, But still business as usual. The dining area before transfer to other side.

ROOM SERVICE STAFFS ARE REALLY FRIENDLY... BUT FOR MORE THAN 3 DAYS THERE WAS NO BEER WHEN EVERY TIME I CALL FOR A BEER.I HAVE TO GO DOWNSTAIRS AND DRINK IN THE RESTAURANT BUT NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE IT TO THE ROOM.. .. ROOM WINDOWS ARE REALLY DIRTY THAT YOU CANNOT SEE OUT SIDE VIEW..BUT ALL THE STAFFS ARE REALLY FRIENDLY..

The room is ok.. with the view of metropolis.. however, out of 3 elevator ,one is only working . Having hard time going at my room due to this ... Nonetheless, the hotel is awesome..

Roach hotel everything was filthy and gross. Terrible wifi. The view is okay but the window are dirty. I wouldnt be surprised if there was bed bugs. Elevator take forever and the guest here are so rude. Just blocking the entrance of the elevator. Save your money and go somewhere else

Too many requirements agreements that you have to sign, when checking in and then they inventory all items in your room and you sign a document that if they are missing or damaged you pay an huge amount of money before checking out.Did not like the attitude of bad customer service. But all the service peopple were very nice. Its just the hotel policy that is bad. To my taste. I will not stay here again.

Landcaster has lost its Glory..Renovation is definitley needed.But cleanliness is ok.

The property is fairly affordable for its location, basically all of the staffs are pretty nice. But there are some small issues when I was in the hotel:1. The toilet room accidentally locked on my 3rd day after I am going back from work. Probably the cleaner accidentally locked it. Lucky I am not in a rush, thus need to wait for the Maintenance people to open it.2. Please make sure you dont open and close the door too quickly. The door can be opened from outside (its the case for my room) if it happens. Leave the door open for 2-3 seconds and then close it.3. Refrigerator is not working.

Staffs are ok and accommodating. Lack of elevator. Lots of uneducated chekwa. Not recommended for family.

절대 가지마세요.그돈이면 레드플레넷 또는 다른호텔가세요.엘레베이터는 세개인데 하나는 운영도 안하고 속도는 엄청느리고 내려가는데 10분이상 걸리네요.와이파이는 제일 좋은거 했는데 한달에 2399씩이나 받아먹으면서 제대로 작동이 되는적이 없네요.라우터 문제로 직원불럿더니 기능 모른다고 공부하고 오겟다고 하질않나...나중에 체크아웃할때는 없던 비용도 지불하라고 해서 겨우 빼고 정말 첨부터 끝까지 최악중 최악이네요.전기세가 너무 많이 나온거같아 컴플레인 걸리니 금액이 줄어들고 ..하..믿음이 없는곳입니다.발암 걸리고 싶으시면 추천두려요

Although the staff were very friendly the room was very dirty and looked loke it had not been cleaned. The plates were chipped and there was a broken faucet in the bathroom. This, however, was immediately fixed.Breakfast was disappointing although the coffee was good and bread was ample.The staff were super efficient so its a pity that the condition of the hotel was so poor

Secure with great breakfast and services , even we arrived late the staff are accommodating but their is an initial deposit upon check in and it is refundable

Picked this hotel due to its location close to family living in Mandaluyong. Room and toilet were clean. A/C was working well to keep room nice and cool. They try to be green by having a power saving card. We asked if can leave the card in the power card slot so the power stays on and, they agreed. Location close to the Star Mall, Shangrila Plaza, SM Megamall and Tramway Buffet Plaza (open 24hours) made our stay very convenient. Lots of choices to get a bite to eat since most restaurants deliver 24hours that includes McDonalds

Everything is ok except that the wifi is no good. The reception said I need to pay for better connection. This is absurd!

Room key card did not work had to wait 15 mins before they opened the room. Rooms need updating. Basement parking is poorly lit and the smell of garbage is overwhelming. Will not return..

I used to be a returning guest of this hotel however, an incident made me think otherwise. I booked one executive suite however, upon checking out, I discovered that two reservations were made under my name. Although, I only made used of one room, I paid for the two reservations.I made a follow-through with the company to settle the confusion with the extra room. I soon have discovered that both rooms were used and that reports further claimed that I received two key-cards therefore showing that I made use of both rooms and would need to pay for both of them.The case is still on going as I intend to clarify things however, if you are looking for a hotel, I recommend that you take caution with Lancaster.A tourist/guest can still be patient despite of elevator, food, air condition and other poor amenities concerns because these things can easily be fixed. However, a returning guest that is being lied-to and have been falsely made stories with- (the company claimed that I used both rooms) is something else. Learn from my story and I hope that my experience with Lancaster will not happen to you. Lancaster goes beyond POOR MANAGEMENT it is a story of deceiving customers for Profit.

Wonderful hotel. Affordable. Professional staff. A bit difficult getting a taxi on peak hours. Clean and tidy room. Good in house restaurant.

Parking Space feels like Im in a horror movie. But still accommodation is OK.

Spent a night with friends here. Elevators take forever. One of the elevators only handles max of 6 people. The hallway has an unpleasant smell. Although the room we rented was ok, its not enough for a 2-star review.

Lancaster Hotel is located at Shaw Boulevard. It is near malls (Star Mall and Megamall) and is accessible to cars. Although parking is very limited for car owners that will stay in the hotel.

Great location, but poor front staffs and no landline phone to outside calls. It was great before last time way back 2014 but now they falling apart. Sad to say.

Perfect events for corporate parties.Expect traffic though on their elevators as limitied lifts were servicing the almost 42 floor hotels.

Room is cosy, it just bothers me that my room doesnt have a keycard and the metal key took me a while to open the door. Also, theres no bidet in the loo.

I booked a room for my family and the feedback was negative, they faced a problem with the bath tub, they even called someone to fix the issue. Room was old and seemed not well-maintained. Their lobby has some foul smell. Free breakfast was also not good. Not recommended.

Hotel was good, but had faulty aircon the last few nights. Other than that it was good. Good location.
