Very slow service. Walang syrup! Yawa!

Madalas nakalilimutan yung gravy ng fried chicken with rice ko. Nakadidismaya. Malayo pa nilalakad ko. Kailangan pa bumalik ako para sa gravy lang?Update:Hindi nanaman nalagyan ng gravy yung take-out order ko. Hindi na ba kayo nagbibigay ng gravy? Kasi hindi nanaman nalagyan ng gravy yung fried chicken with rice na order ko. Nakakawala na kayo ng gana. Malayo pa nilalakad ko para makabili sa inyo. Ayaw kong bumalik para sa gravy lang sana naman maayos niyo yan.

Its my first time visiting this branch.Nice and clean place (bago pa kasi).Mdyo chill na un mga staffs specially sa counter ( di nman madami un customer)Then may customer na nagtanong ng lane for pwd wala kasi silang sign like other branch ( I think nakalimutan nla un sign na un) tapos galit si customer sabi nya,nag sorry nman ai manager Ive been standing here for 30mins (call center agent yata sya) , I dont accept your apology .Ay naku..kayo 3 star lang un rate ko ksi nun ngtaning si customer kay manager kung may pwd lane sabi lang nya iaasists nman daw sa counter..db pag pwd dapat may priority lane?

This Jollibee branch was inaugurated yesterday. Its located at the corner of Edsa and D.M. Guevara Street, just behind the pedestrian overpass crossing Edsa. Across is Greenfield District in Mandaluyong, where another Jollibee branch can be found. This is a major crossroad and intersection, where the MRT Shaw Station is located.

They dont open the both comfort rooms up and down area,/customers have nowhere to use the the CR and we left no choice but to hold it until we find the next toilet. Crew members are not accommodating to their customers. Not a good place to stay or eat...
