Napaka-friendly ng crew... At malinamnam ang miso soup nila compared aa other branch... I dont knoe why, pero mas marasap talaga ang soup nila compared sa branch nila sa SM Sta. Mesa...

We ordered 2 Seafood ramen for lunch. Note that were agents and on limited lunch break We waited for 35mins to no avail. When we checked back with the cashier turns out our orders are not available. Our time was wasted for nothing. Cashier should have told us before she even accepted our payment and before making us wait 35mins. We got our refund without any sorry or whatever and Miss cashier showing clear annoyance on us. Very bad experience.
Its aircon is not working. Its so noisy due to the air cooler that the cashier did not understand my order and that I wanted it for take-out.
Some of the crew are ok. The food is ok. Their seating on the open veranda on the second floor area needs daily cleaning because of the dust that covers the tables and seats. The management should also be looking into developing their crews to have a better customer service. Nonetheless, their makirito and their black ramen is a favorite that i always frequent here:)
