One of the best place in shang.. food is great!!..the staff are attentive and knowledgeable on their menu...definitely coming back.

Quality is just food court level. The sushi rice is mushy and too sweet, the soy sauce is super diluted, the salad is all iceberg lettuce and underdressed, tofu is fried pale, uni isn’t fresh, salmon isn’t fresh. It’s a saturday so stocks should still be fresh

Sanitary problem. Even water cups are not clean well. Low class, worst...

Had the sukiyaki and fried gyoza. Price is affordable; food is ok. Sukiyaki is on the sweetish side; my wife commented its quite different from authentic Japanese sukiyaki (which she had in Japan). Her observation (since I liked it) is that Sumosams recipe may be lasang Pinoy.

Poor customer service due to1. After ordering food alone, the waiter abruptly left without taking our drink orders2. Added ramen order, followed up. - didnt even got to the table even until all our food was finish3. We asked for the ramen to be removed from the bill, manager seems shocked of our requestBeen eating here with family and office mates before - this service now is WORSE

The service seems a bit biased. Ignoring those who wore commoners clothing, focusing on those with foreign faces.Such a shame, really.
