Awesome place to take a break with coffee and donuts

2 stars. I really want to give one star but I really love this place especially the donuts they serve. The reason behind my poor review is because of the customer service that I experienced earlier when I went to buy some delightful treats.I fall in line like any other customer and waited for my turn at the counter, little did I know that you need to ask the staff behind the shelves of donut for your order. So I continued in line and thought of what I would like to order. I stood there for almost half an hour but for me the donuts are worth the wait, then I reached the counter. At the counter, I waited 3 mins. before the staff asked my order. He didnt even smile or even thanked me for waiting. Not that its an issue. Just a little appeasement would be nice. After all, its a very tiring day. Then he asked the staff behind the shelves of donut for my order. And when he said that I still dont have any order. He asked me to order first and fall in line again. I would not mind the least if the line was short but it was long. He wanted me to wait again just because of that. When he can just ask the staff to prepare it. It was a simple order. Just three donuts and a latte. If they cant prepare the latte, then the donuts are enough.Its not that Id hate Krispy Kreme Donuts till Kingdom come. I just hate what I experienced when I went there. But alls well that ends well. Im alright now. I have my Dunkin Donuts with me.Peace!!!
