We went there during Valentines Day, kaya ang haba ng pila.Very accomodating naman yung nasa reception nila ,pina-order na kami while waiting to be seated.I think 20 minutes din kami naghintay bago naka-upo.And 20 minutes din bago sinerve yung order namin.Masarap yung mga food, may mahal at mura, depende na lang kung ano oorderin mo.Para sa akin affordable sya considering sikat syang restaurant.
Best Chinese restaurant Ive ever visited.
Straight from Taiwan, Din Tai Fung Restaurant boasts of having the best xiao long bao in the Philippines. You can never go wrong with the original pork, but they also have a variety of flavors such as fois gras and chicken xiao long bao.My personal favorite is the salted egg shirmp. Its not just sauteed shrimp drizzled with salted egg sauce. It seems to be included in the batter as well. Also, I would like to commend their importance on hygiene. I observed that the people coming from the kitchen handling the food cannot be the ones who serve it directly to the table of the customers. I really like that.
If you want to indulge yourself with Taiwanese food, this is the one of the places to go. The restaurant is huge with semi-modern interior design. I like the wooden accent, its earth color tone, and the lighting system of the place, which bring a warm atmosphere and create a sense of comfort. So, youll surely have a wonderful dining experience specially if you try their famous Xiao Long Bao. I have tried several kinds of XLB in PH and in Taiwan, and I must say that DTFs xlb is the best, thus far. Service here is good. The servers are courteous and attentive to your needs. I wish youd have an amazing dining experience, if not much more.
Xiao long bao! Xiao long bao! Their xiaolong bao is probably the best I had here in Manila. We also tried two of their feautured dishes (sweet and sour pork and crispy chicken cut with special sauce) and they are also delicious! The price is a little expensive though. FYI - You can order plain rice even if it is not in the menu.
The specialty of this restaurant is the famous xiao long bao, the soup-filled dumpling (siomai). The first time we ate here I felt intimated thinking that prices of their food was a bit pricy. However, I found out that they have a wide price range. The more exotic the ingredients the more expensive They have affordable xiao long bao which is still delicious and flavorful. They also have other chinese dishes. Overall food is fantastic. The place has good ambiance and it does not feel crowded. Word of caution - the place can get packed on a weekend. They have a row of chairs infront of the restaurant for waiting customers .
#DinTaiFungs xia long bao alone makes the long trip, queue, and extra hundred pesos worthwhile. But other than that, the food here is considerably expensive, especially since we had to follow up our order and water refill several times and paid the food at the cashier ourselves. This is still, hands down, the best xia long bao in the metro. We have frequented many Chinese restaurants from Binondo to Banawe, and visited the Din Tai Fung restaurant in Singapore. But as long as we havent found a better and cheaper option, then we will continue to endure the waiting time and exorbitant prices at Din Tai Fung.
Service- food servers attentive to needs of guestsFood is hot and taste really good
Love love love their xiao long bao! I particularly like that they offer several flavour combinations such as kimchi and uni and not just the traditional pork. Good Taiwanese restaurant offering an authentic selection.
This is now one of my frequent places for having lunch with family. Today we ordered 4 types of xioaolongbao, wanton noodles, shrimp fried rice, squid salt and pepper. Great taste for all items except the noodles which were a bit bland, ample portions, fast service. Today I was surprised they got me a baby bowl and baby cup for us. They have great system in place for ordering and bill out, removes any kind of mis understanding in your order. Service charge is already included, so you dont need to wonder about tipping as you pay the bill on exit. Ill be back soon.
Delicious XLB and dan dan noodles. Plus, the service is top notch. It was worth a try!
샤오롱바오도 좋지만 여기는 볶음밥에 채소볶음하나 시켜서 먹음 참 맛잇더라
One of the few restos in Manila that has great xia lao bao. Other foods are also great, a little pricey but worth it. The only dilemma whenever you want to eat here is that there is always a wait before getting seated.
No doubt why they are so popular and why you will always find a long queue here. Top notch Quality and Service they are just beyond expectations
Xiao long bao, salted egg prawns, fried rice and so much more...no dine in
Really good selection and the desert is a must try. Best to dine in when possible.
This one waiter named Allen was so rude and very disappointing, we asked for a place for our bag and hang bag of my mom and just responded with just sa sahig despite of our extreme conscious to the virus that may be on the floor during this COVID-19. Since I always eat there with my family, Im so used to them providing a bag holder or bunk. He quickly answered that he doesnt care even if my moms bag is hermes berkin, nevertheless our top concern is the unsanitary response from him which I would surely make reports of other review sites and pages, goodluck.
You get what you pay for. Great food and service. Clean location and courteous employees. Senior citizen discounts if you show any id with your birth date
注文してすぐに料理が出てくる。台湾の小籠包の名店だが他の小皿料理も美味しい。
Totally disappointed, as a business owner in the food industry, their service is very disappointing. Won’t recommend, will also give bad reviews to other major sites...
Sulit na Sulit!
Excellent food and great customer service. Must-try are their xiao long bao, shrimp noodles, chicken scallions and spicy shrimp wonton. Their golden lava buns are a tasty dessert.
1 hour plus waiting time for your ordered to release, not good personnel... none of them can answer how long it will take your ordered to be released....no goog restaurant
Totally love their variety of xiao long bao and their dumplings. I specially love their crispy beef strips, stays true on how crispy it is and very flavorful. I didnt much like the pancit because its too oily. the table we used is also small for two people who orders a lot. might consider the fact that the place is crowded thats why theres not much space.
The rice is not typically-cooked on top of its container. Menu and dishes were not that good also.
Pork Xiao Long Bao in Din Tai Fung is one of the best tasting dumplings I have tried. Served in 5 or 10 pieces. Best eaten after serving to get the juice inside the dumpling still warm and slurpy. Dipped in a mixture of rice vinegar, soy sauce, and shredded ginger. Poke the skin to get a few juices mixed with the sauce, its perfection. I also like the Crispy Shrimp and Pork Wonton, the wonton is so tasty. Also tried the Crispy Beef Strips and Crispy Noodles, both are delicious, specially the Crispy Noodles soup.
Always having fun eating their specials with my loved ones
Food is great! Service is good. I Love this place
@dintaifungph #xiaolongbao has been our forever favorite ever since it opened here in the Thank you @themomentgroup for the discount with #momentgroupcard .
Employees here are really kind, specially the ladies, I hooked up with one of them, I recorded everything in my phone hopefully it wont get lost
Still the best dimsum in the planet
The flavour and taste almost matched with Taiwanese originals, however the service level and efficiency could be better.
Best xiao long bao. Their pork chop rice and salted egg desert dumpling are great too.
Authentic, delicious..comfy place.
Always a great time in Din Tai Fung. The xiao long bao is superb.
