Always our go to Italian restaurant whenever when we are in Shangri La Mall. From pasta to pizza youll never go wrong with any of their.

Came back and order pasta agian... disappointed, I cook way better then this. Got 5 shrimps on my pasta! So lucky! u can eat more and as good as here many other places.

Theres a bug dinning area even during lunch. Parking is not a problem since its in a mall. The price is considerably high, since the taste of the food is not good. We ordered 3 different pasta, and a pizza. And they all taste bad. Its not worth it.Its better to wait at Mary Grace, than dine in here. Food at Mary Grace is always good.Staff at CIBO are attentive to the needs of the guests and they are welcoming. Its only the food I dont like.

Great food and service. Definitely a great place to dine if youre looking for a fine, modern Italian dining. Highly recommended!

What can I say... the owner is celebrating her birthday by giving everybody free Gelato ice cream. I cannot say No to that. Great way to end a good dinner. Cheers..

The attending waiter held my hand, with grip so strong it felt like he doesn’t want to let it go. I was taken aback, looked at him and saw a really good looking man in his early twenties. Carrying a smile that could turn any Debbie Downer into a person with pocketful of sunshine. And that included me. Is he THE ONE? The man of my dreams?It turns out he’s just grabbing the paperbag I had on my hand. A sign that he’s welcoming us in and giving us a table. It was only then that the greeting came. “Hi mamser, welcome to Cibo. Table for how many?”I’m fairly certain that greetings should come first before the aggressive grabbing of any items the customer is carrying. Besides that incident the waiting staff of this branch are really attentive. And most are good looking to boot.Objectification aside, the pasta I ordered is too watery the sauce barely coated the noodles. It was cooked al dente. But I barely tasted any meat from my bolognese. Pizza we ordered was good. The cheese is salty enough just to give it a kick in taste. Same goes for the anchovies. Nothing too special for both.Things I learned that day: all this time it is pronounced as Bolo-ñe-sah and not bo-lonees. Our waiter is not THE ONE.

Im a frequent diner at Cibo Shang but quite unhappy that they never offered me the kiddie card that Mega Mall offered when I dined with them. Every Sunday, we would go to this place just because I like the iced tea and the steak. It would have helped to have a free iced tea for the kids and small pasta considering we go there every single week. Food is good, but something I can readily make at home. We usually order the truffle pasta, spinach dip and penne al telefono

The crew are very accomodating.It was an open restaurant inside the mall, but the crew made sure that every customer will be welcomed and guided to their seats. You can ask the crew about the food and they can also give you suggestions depending on your preferences. I will visit them again and will most likely recommend then to my friends.

A joyful place to be at anytime. They are champs in making you feel very important. Sitting you down right away, with menu on hand. Suggesting possible food we may like, checking in on you every now and then too. If you wish to be an important customer, try Cibo...try their Bisteca and their Lamb Salad....its super duper delicioso y sabroso

Its a good place to dine anytime of the day. The food is good, from pasta and sandwiches, and dont forget to try their streaks too. Delizioso!

I love Cibo. Great food always consistent. Great service very friendly and attentive. Reasonable prices. I love the soups and salads. A refreshing alternative when you want just a light dinner. The pizzas are amazing. My go to place when I want comfort food.

Great food, amazing service, but a bit on the pricey side

Good food, keeping up with times, but its starting to feel like its time has come. Food isnt as great as before, price is way above their heads, especially with great competitive pricing around the mall (not in the middle of the pathway where everyone can see you eat)

Been going to this resto for more than 2 decades. Quality and service is always excellent.

I was offered to order an appetizer while waiting for my mains. So I waited. 2 youtube videos later, all my orders arrived at the same time. So much for appetizers lol

I always go here for my favorite Penne Al Telefono. However, not sure if its just the volume of people but when I was there for lunch, the pasta was a little bit dry. I think this was an outlier day but still enjoyed my lunch. They also have the nicest staff btw :)
