Masarap at mabilis ang service magaling ang staff at tepanyaki chef! two thumbs up.

Still giving the best service for the customer, I never once felt not being prioritized by the staffs and they always bring smiles to their faces which is a big plus for me. The food never disappointed me as usual. This is a must go to place.

Family enjoys the food at Akira that we also like to snack there for their light, savory dishes. My personal favorite is their Chawan Mushi (steamed egg) with shiitake & kani. We also like theor crispy salmon skin & its citrusy dipping sauce. Other favorites are Salmon Aburi that just melts in the mouth while bursting with its creamy ocean goodness.

Good service and delicious,freshly made japanese cuisine. We ordered sashimi, soup, chicken teriyaki and yakitori, all of which tasted good. The rice menu however is way too expensive for the amount you get.

Horribly SLOW Service with the staff looking uninterested.We ordered Miso Soup, Sushi Roll and Milk Tea and it took about 15 -20 minutes to be served, with the food to be very plain and ordinary.The service and food is not worth your money.Even if we where 2 people in the table with Milk Tea the waitress just put down just one glass of water on our table.Like hello what happened to the other person?Never eating here again.

Slow service if youre hungry dont eat here food doesnt taste good too

Good Service Great Food & Excellent Food Presentation

Authentic Japanese reataurant at Shangrial Plaza Mall. Plenty of Japanese dish to choose from ,From sushi , sashimi , teppanyaki, noodles.Ambience and price are quite reasonable. The servers are quite attentive and polite.However, the waiting time for the food takes awhile to come out considering it is already two thirty in the afternoon.Only 1(one) table is occupied.We ordered only Yakisoba and Okonomoiyaki.Overall, food is just okay.

Food took more than an hour and all they can say is they will follow up with the cook. Pathetic we just left.

Good japanese place for your cravings!

I was with my family to eat here (Mar. 24, 2018) for lunch. We ate here a few times before without any problems (branch: Robinsons Magnolia) but today my mother had an unpleasant experience because when the miso soup was handed out to her there were mini cockroaches on the lid as soon as she opened it bcuz of that we are very traumatised to eat in any restaurant. I really dont suggest anyone to eat here anymore, it seemed like they were stocking the miso soup on their counter.

Great food and fast service ...

Food serving is small and abit pricey . Nothing spectacular. We spent around P750/ head. It might be better if we just ordered bento which is in the range of P550-750.

Akira Roll rocks! My kids go-to Japanese restaurant and they love the Teppanyaki entertainment.

There was a mouse running in between the two tepan tables!
