This particular stall where most of the bread are provides poor customer experience. Maybe they should dedicate it solely to bread purchases. Putanesca came out after almost 30minutes. Though it came freshly cooked, am i right to think that?

One of my favorite place to have salmon, the portion of salmon mash potato and some grilled vegtable is perfect. the sauce drizzled perfect with the fish. the place is more like a fine dinning feel, perfect for romantic dinner. as for price its worth it. other foods i cant recommend but i will try....nope, ill still end up choose my favorite insted :) my only prob is taking a long time to prepare food. 20mins min. if improved i might consider 5 star.

This French Baker branch has The Tea Room, a private dining area closed off from the supermarket, which serves items from French Baker plus their usual sit-down dining fare. The interiors aim to fulfill the tea room theme - curtains, generous plate usage, flashes of silverware, mini cookies with your coffee or tea. With the large PC parking area and the relative obscurity of the place, recommend it as a good venue for breakfast meetings. The Tea Room can be reserved ahead of time as well for private usage.

Pizza was very old, I asked the manager and said baka hindi na reheat, I asked then why was pizza served unheated?The soup in a bread bowl was OK but barely there thank God it was hot or else this wouldnt even get a 1 star.the chicken salad meal was half of the size youd expect it to be.they gave us a choice of sour cream or barbecue chips we chose sour cream, order can with barbecue, they didnt have sour cream (why ask us!).table preparation was haphazard. While cleaning the table all food debris on the table just fell on the seats. the seats are ripped and old.air-conditioning is over bearing.Price to serving size : 1/5taste: 2/5service: 1/5total: 1/5summary: not good for dining, go elsewhere.

The high end branch of The French Baker. Located in the approximate same place as their first SM Megamall branch. Upscale, from the chairs, chandeliers, and China.Having afternoon tea is comparable to any other upscale restaurant offering British afternoon tea.A little dark, but the ambience is perfect for a an intimate chat, or as intimate as any chat at megamall.The elegant China!

My go-to bread: the Blueberry Danish. Make sure you try it. I can eat this everyday but I shouldn’t lol

I ordered brewed coffee and liked it extra hot. The breads are yummy. You can request to reheat it if you want to. My son loves their pasta too.

To be honest, this restaurant is on of my favorite.. But this specific branch in Megamall.. For me their rating is so low. Firsr their staff is somewhat rude. Especially the ladies.. When you have a job that is in food service, they usually teach you to have patience and to always smile and be hospitable per say. Their staff, dont even know how to smile. They are also aware that customers are calling for them, THEY SEE IT. But they dont approach you. Like seriously it was really annoying. Second we kept following up our order here and they just dont give a damn. they will say okay we will but they usually leave you behind.The food that is already cooked as well is LEFT on top of the service area.. They dont serve it right effing away. Its so annoying. Its like theyre letting the bugs eat it first then it gets cold and it just makes me lose my appetite.Your waitresses are usually inside that friggin idk what that is, staff room or pantry and just stacking there altogether and not give a damn about new or already served customers. i give kudos to the dishwasher and the other waiter who attends to us quickly. Your waitresses have attitude.. Kulang sa training. The fact na french food pa naman sineserve niyo din sana ayusin niyo staff niyo ng di masira pangalan ng French Baker sainyo. I really hope you guys improve. I really do because i really love this place..

French Baker 3rd floor. Veey lousy service. Your servers were so lackluster. Ordering food took longer than usual even if only ten rebkes were occupied.

We order hot chocolate yesterday but it has small cockroaches on it .the manager insisted to refund the drink.but we insisted to refund all.i will surely report them to the sanitary office of mandaluyong.cleanliness and sanitation is very important in restaurants and food chain,and this restaurant needs to practice it

Serving took a looooooong time just for the water. Weve already finish our meal but still our water not yet been served. AND there is also a small cockroach in the display area.

Crew and chef are awesome.Will comeback for pizza again
