Okay naman yung ibang rooms except dun sa ibang room din na masikip yung daanan ng bed to cabinet, mabagal din ang wifi. When it comes to food naman, okay naman ang servings pati ang taste.

Buffet breakfast has limited food options (rice with either cocktails, egg, lumpia fillings or crumbed fish ). Juice/drinks is basically just Tang or some watered down cordial. Not worth the price at all and definitely would not suit any foreigners.Receptionist doesnt allow you to come early (we arrived 2pm to check-in and wanted to wait in the lobby while room was getting ready but got told to come back again at 3pm to check-in)... which is a first for us. Never happened before in any other hotels before. So we just ended up just going to Megamall to hang out for an hour and came back after an hour. Also no-one offered to help us take our baggages to our room (also a first for us - every other hotel offered). Although we dont need help, it wouldve been good for help offers.Booked a queen bed. Received two single beds (complained about it and they said they could join it together, which was good). First arrival to the room, there was about 10 flies all flying around (why so many flies in the hotel room... on the 32nd floor??). Floor was also a bit dusty/sticky and slippers were also not provided (so bring your own flipflops or slippers).Location was perfect which is next to Megamall. Convenient for shoppers. Aircon and hot water was good. Room was spacious for the price. Views of the city is super fantastic. Anyhow we only booked a night (phew) here at this hotel.We checked out the next morning at 8am. When we came down to the lobby, we were the first and only ones there. But still check out was very slow compared to other hotels. We ended up waiting over 20 minutes... which is not great at all. We were even worried we would miss our flight because check out was taking so long... plus traffic/distance from airport (can take an hour drive).Oh and one more thing. Their elevators are horrible. Theyre slow (can take anywhere from 2-15mins to get an elevator), requires card every single time to press a button (now imagine 15 people in the elevator all trying to do this), and worst of all, act like a hot wind tunnel (youll sweat in there - its hot!). Also their elevator doors opens at random floors (where no-one even pressed the button for).Its a great hotel ruined by lack of care, slow service and poor breakfast options. Lots of money needs to go into this hotel before its up to standard. Would not recommend this hotel to any foreigners or even picky locals.

I love this hotel! They call you when you get inside the room just to check if everything is fine, they ask if you need something and gently reminds you to call them if you need something. I was fasting when I stayed here, they did their best to provide me food for my Sahur (3AM meal). Perfect place for first timers, it has access to Malls, restos and the best part is it is walking distance from MRT. I hope to be here again soon..

The condotel is located near the mall and other Department stores nearby. It has a great view of the city. Room accomodation is nice. Though some of the hotel facilities are still closed due to Covid 19 protocols.

I love the studio type unit. It looks clean and elegant. Love the mirrors! Although, i dont like the amenities. There is no roofdeck in the pool. It would be much nicer if they have mini bar in the pool area, a place where we can chill. Buffet breakfast doest come with tapa, tocino, only adobo, salad and some bread. Hallways look just like typical condo. I love the location because its nearby sm megamall. Overall we enjoyed out overnight stay here because of the room.

The owner promptly responds to queries and requests and very courteous5. Rent. Considering the amenities and all of the things I mentioned above, price is just right.So thats the 5 stars.... but wait, theres another one..... theres a mini planted aquarium and for a fish guy like me.. Its a bonus.

One of our recommended hotels for family staycation. Has the first and only indoor wavepool in the philippines! Each room is fully furnished including fridge, microwave, stove and small dining area. Very comfy for families :)

Absolutely, not the best experience. Considering I stayed with them during this pandemic for nearly 4 months. The latter, I felt it was the worst Customer service and so I decided to move to another hotel nearby. Not helpful and will never recommend it.

After a long 15 hour flight from USA. We were so tired and so we wanted to sleep. However as we checked in our room we heard someone hammering. We called the front desk to report it, however after a while it started again. The next morning at 2am as I was going to the restroom I found a cockroach. However the staff was very friendly and helpful and their buffet was excellent.

Not enough elevator on the building.. Wait long time for the elevator and mostly full.. 3out of 4 that is working and one time it was 2 that was working.. Baby cockroaches are in most the rooms.. Opposite shopping so thats a plus point..

My go-to hotel. Very convenient since its just a stone-throw away from SM megamall. Facilities are ample: gym, pool et al. And the rooms are big with very comfy bed and linen sheets.

It has wave pool on the top most level and the view is so surreal over looking laguna rizal and other parts of metro manila

이전에도 한번 왔는데 그때보다 지금이 훨씬 깔끔하고 좋습니다. 위치는 sn메가몰과 바로 붙어 있어서 생활의 편리함은 최상 입니다. 특히 한국사람이라면 조금만 10분정도 걸어가면 한국식당이 있어서 괜찮습니다다만 좀 아쉬운점은 관광을 목적으로 한다면 택시를 이용해서 20분정도씩 이동을 해야 합니다.

Never never ever book a room in this place:1. The check in/out process is really terrible, we wait for 40 minutes before we can check in the room, another 40 minutes for check out process2. The elevator is really terribly slow3. We book the queen bed, but they gave us 2 single bed4. They charged us for stained towel which was probably already stained before we check in5. The hot water doesnt always work6. Receptionist not even smiling7. The breakfast sucks so badFor the price that I paid, its not worth it at all, good location though

Value for money. Nice spacious rooms with a huge mall outside. Makati may be better for some, for me I always stay here. This is my 5th visit and I keep coming back here.

The room was big and nice like the usual. Every thing was good and clean, except for the shower towels. Their towels are big but stains are left and can be easily seen, which is a big disappointment. I know they laundry their towels but im not sure if they wash them well and not even be aware that they are giving stained towels to their guests. Lastly, i saw a cockroach on our mini kitchen 3 times within our 5days stay in their hotel. I hope theyll make some action regarding this because it really lessens the quality of the hotel and to maintain its good quality of service.

예전에도 오티가스오면 자주 이용하는 호텔 입니다 그런데 이번에 와서 일주일 정도 묵었는데 실내 색칠 다시했는지 깨끗 합니다 개인적으로는 방배정을 공원뷰가 나오는군요 20층에 머물게 되었는데 속이 시원할정도로 막힘이 없이 탁 튀어서 머무는 동안 정말 힐링이 되었습니다 위치는 바로 앞이 sm메가몰이 있어 거의 모든 것을 이용하는데 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 그러나 유흥이나 관광을 목적으로만 오시는분은 추천해 드리고 싶지 않습니다 주위에 가볼만하곳은 택시를 타고 이동해야하는데 거의 마닐라 중심이다보니 어딜가도 교통체증이 있습니다.

You know it’s going to a bad experience when you arrive in February and the Christmas decorations are still up. This accomodation was a very poor attempt at a Vegas-style hotel. Every corner you turn has a mysterious odor. Walls and fixtures are dirty and the hotel is generally poorly constructed with features that look rushed and patchy. Towels and sheets were stained and the hot water runs out very quickly. Some of the elevators were not functioning leading to congestion. I understand this is a budget accomodation. However, even the most basic standards of a hotel were not met. I ended up booking my last two nights at the Shangri-La down the road to enjoy the end of my holiday properly. Do not believe the photos they are misleading. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel until they raise their standards.

部屋の広さの割にベッドが小さすぎる。そしてエレベーターが狭く、遅すぎる。チェックアウトに最低20分が当たり前の様にかかる。チェックアウトタイムが11時も早すぎる。１時間以上前に支度してやっと間に合う。最低なホテル。もう二度と使わない。日本人には絶対無理なホテル。

Very spacious room plus its just right across Megamall. I booked a studio prime room with two single beds (other option is queen bed). When the single beds are put together, its bigger...good for my family of 4 :-)

Affordable room rates .. Rooms are like a condo unit with kitchen and toilet and bath.. they have 2 pools in each tower.. near Malls like Podium and SM Megamall.. location wise

Disliked · We stayed in Tower A (40th floor) and it was a terrible experience. The room and the entire tower in fact smelt of sewerage (inside room, elevators, hallways, street) that was constant during our 4 night stay. We told the staff and they came up with a can of air freshner and sprayed a bit but then they didn’t let us keep it!) The entire room and bathroom were stuffy, dirty and dark, some lights didn’t work, cable tv had a bad connection, the tap in the shower is hard to regulate the temperature and often had a cold shower, airconditioning did not work properly and the lifts up to the floor took forever. We paid more than AUD$100 per night and would never recommend this hotel. Not to mention the 3 hour ride from the International Airport to the hotel (a mere 10km). Avoid at all costs!

DO NOT book the airport pickup service with this hotel. Staff members gave me different quotes and the cheapest one was 11X what you will pay using a metered cab. The room was average. I wish it were cleaner. The only positive is that it’s just across the road from a big mall.

For a cheap price for a condo-rent, It is surprisingly clean and spacious. there is an access to the rooftop pool. It is also located near SM Megamall and is accessible to many UV ,taxi and jeepneys as well as MRT. so it is favorable for travelers.

Apartment with kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathroooms and a living room. Plenty of space and mirror walls made it look even larger. Great view over SM Megamall from the main bedroom. Some interior installations needed maintenance. The faucet at the kitchen sink was loose and could break any time. The faucet of the basin in the main bathroooms was also a bit loose, but not that bad. The drain seemed to be partly clogged. The mixer in the shower was very hard to fine adjust; the water was too hot or just cold, which was the better choice. Original stove was out of order and a replacement one had been put on top of it. Neither of them was connected to power but that was easy to fix. The door of one wardrobe was displaced and could not be shut properly. The beds looked like they needed cleaning. The airconditioning in the living room was efficient and quite silent while the small AC units in the bedrooms were noisy and hard to adjust. After I had unplugged them once they never worked again. The breakfast buffet, in the Cornerstone Café, offered coffee, fruit juices, rice, a limited number of dishes, bread and marmelades. A bit dissappointing. The main advantage of the hotel is its proximity to Megamall. There is also a pool on the 53rd floor, which offers an impressive view.

Sorry to say, the room they gave to us is not that good I am disappointed i need to check out the following day.

In the Twin Tower ground floor we can have dental clinic, beauti care, travel centre and more .... it is very easy to whom staying in there. Can try.... with feel.

Over and over again this is where we book and stay for our short trips in the Philippines. Because it is near to all of the places that we need to go to and to all the places that we need to work with. Another plus side it is in front of the SM MEGAMALL. Which is super convenient with our shoppings and enjoying some Filipino Cuisines️
