Di sya ganun ka crowded like SM at dahil medyo sossy ang dating nya. But please wear face shields and facemask all the time para di masita ng guard. Keep safe!
Class ang lugar..makakapag relax ka dito.
Napadaan lang ako dito
Pang Corporate, Relaxing. The best dito dahil my fast internet connection pa na libre ng 1 hr. Hahah. Thanks Shangrila mall

Is it high end? Not really! Is it mid end? Not really! Theres a bazaar/ tiangge too. Confused. Schizo!
Always my ideal mall. Relaxed, spacious not crowded. Al fresco dining they have it. Good choice of restaurants.
My fave mall. Less crowd, even before, more so now. Still having the same high quality brands.
This is a high-end mall with fancy boutiques like Montblanc and Cartier near Rustans. They also have high-end audio places here.
Spectacular at Christmas. CLOSED TODAY. Virus is ruining the mall.
As expected, the mall entrance is equiped with a digital temp. scanner, 2 meter social distancing, roaming guards to remind you to wear your face shield and face mask properly. I feel very safe in Shang-ri La Plaza.
Good mall with great selection of class products. Nice and clean toilets
Still on lockdown mode. Few tenants are open, few shoppers, most big stores have closed and pulled out like TWG, italiannis even jollibee !!
Follows safety protocols and not a lot of people in the mall so makes you feel safe.
Most of the shops are open to serve the customer. The mall placed hi-tech temperature monitors and is following proper social distancing protocols
A convenient place to shop, lots of boutique in here
Looks nice. Not too packed
Still a great place to unwind and relax and drink coffee.
Luxury Mall so be careful what you pick..
Observes strict social distancing guidelines. Entrance have temp check, hand sanitizer and disinfecting foot mat.Escalator have clearly marked allocation for social distancing.Signs reminding people to observe 6ft distance between fellow shoppers.
Great selection of high end botiques and restaurants. The mall also has lots of wide spaces, encouraging one to stroll around and relax.
So clean, people who work here have self discipline, good in giving assistance
Very accommodating and all staffs are paying attention.
Great shops, restaurants, cinemas in one place. Ample parking.
The best mall in Metro Manila. So clean, organize and beautiful.
Could be 5 Star if parking is not too challenging to get in and out.
Very well organized mall. Multi story car park is rather cramped.
Place was good but hard to commute out off. No grab no taxis. Basic requirement is driving your own car
Shangri-La Plaza is a great place to meet friends and family or to run a simple errand while being able to get away for awhile. This mall has just about anything that you would need or want to look for; from different designer stores to restaurants with your favorite food, this is a place that I look forward to going to whenever I am in the area or there for an occasion. This place also serves as a transportation hub because it the main building has a bridge that connects it to the one of the MRT stations allowing people to get in or out of the mall easily. I highly suggest that you visit this place when you have the time.
A mall like any mall, where your senses will be treated delightfully. You are greeted by a pleasant, homey scent, and continues throughout while you explore the nooks and crannies. Their seasonal daiplays are award-winners, especially the Christmas and Chinese New Year ones.
Had coffee there nice place
Its less crowded than most malls thats why this is my favorite shopping center. It has beautiful interiors and, carefully curated shops and restaurants.
Since the lock downs started, the mall has seen fewer and fewer patrons. As a result, more than a few establishments have closed up shop. Nothing much to see now.
Although GCQ begins to let malls open to the public, few shoppers drop by for fear of COVID transmission. Those pay toilets were not charging shoppers anymore. We were able to use the classy facilities with enough space for social distancing. Each store gave you alcohol sprays and smiles to welcome us...
This mall is a classic. The seasonal decors always deliver. However with the new-ish wing, the mall feels like a franken-mall with no unifying theme. Also the huge majority of restrooms charge a small sum for entry. I feel like in a provincial bus terminal. The smoking area is great though.
A lot more quiet than usual. Due to GCQ.
A mall that is starting to show its age. Outpaced by more modern malls. Cavernous not because it is big but because there are few patrons around.
Enjoyable place to shop and walk around. I like the shops and the restrooms are very clean and well kept. Overall Ill give it 4stars.
Oddly arranged but nice. Easy to miss far away shops
Been there before its a very nice place to visit.
