Great place to stop by and can get in if you are a bdo rewards card member (diamond or platinum) or SM prestige card holder..offers coffee/ice tea/water and helps out with the bills and stuff plus they have a neat toilets and wifi services...this lounge is always busy coz of the busy area

Staffs in Sm Megamall Prestige lounge wont entertain thier customers,it requires to go to thier room to request some drinks. its difficult to call thier attention.

A peaceful ambient, where you could have a great talk in a good moment with family or friends away from crowd of mall people. The best part complimentary serve coffee is free.

Good ambiance. Very clean.Staff very friendly and accommodating.Strong wifi connection.Free drinks (e.g. coffee, iced tea, hot tea, water, etc.).The lounge is huge but still gets too crowded and too noisy.I hate inconsiderate guests though -too noisy guests.
