During the pandemic and backlogs last July,you need a ticket for your appointment. This center is located along a busy road and you cant double park while waiting for your turn. Dont get ticketed and you can try driving to the next intersection and turn left and park at the side street then walk back to submit your ticket and line up your slot before bringing your car back.If your car has no permanent plate yet like me, you need to bring your own computer print out of your actual permanent plate - youll likely forget so walk 10 minutes away from the rotunda and theres a small printing /ID shop where you can have this done. This center doesnt offer that service.Kailangan hustle dito to get your emission test done. Just like any other center - hassle talaga.
