Very helpful yun online appointment. Nasunod naman yun time kaya nde magulo at nde siksikan sa loob. Mahirap lang yung communication sa loob because of the plastic barrier.

PLDT you have a very poor service! During this time of pandemic we need to comply with the protocol of not going out. But due to your incompetent service that even our calls for inquiries were not answered , we are now forced to put our health at risk in going to your service centers wherein mass gathering will be happening. We really need to put to an end your horrible service, really fed up !

Finally, the problem is solved, plus other issues to be dealt with. Fast service, courteous staff, from security guard to customer service representative s. Keep up the good work.

Application for fiber connection is fast. Personnel are very accomodating.

Worst customer service. Will make you queu and wait for 2hours or more.
