Security guard dropped the entrance/exit gate on our car and the guard said okay lang yan, wala naman damage but our car was obviously damaged and their only solution is to put rubbing compound on the dent.Nothing works. Not sky internet ready. Phone doesnt work. Appliances dont work. Practically overhauled all the amenities in one year. (phone, internet, cable, ac, heater, bidet, faucets)LIZARDS DEN - The place is crawling with lizards its impossible to keep up with all their droppings all over your kitchen floor and kitchen counter top.They will shut your water off without notice.The landlord is a soul less petty lunatic. Like dealing with a bratty tween.The building is the oldest on wack wack rd. Its dysfunctional and broken down not unlike its owner.WE DONT RECOMMEND LIVING THERE UNLESS YOU ARE MASOCHISTIC.
