I like Subway sandwiches as it is always freshly prepared.

Very convenient location, just a few minutes walk from my place. Sandwiches are ok; you can opt to double the meat and/or cheese. I usually order sandwiches to go, but one time I was so hungry I decided to eat there. I ordered soda, which tasted REALLY awful. The staff just stared at me when I complained about it.

I always loved their sandwiches, no doubt about it! Their crews at Cybergate were extra courteous and kind at 6 in the morning.

They have no glass for free water! I paid 130 pesos for a sandwich and you cant even provide free water! Worst customer service. I guess you just want to force your customer to buy drinks. What a business model! Definitely not coming back. You cant even serve your customer well.

Music is too loud, this should be a place where people can catch up and share stories. But because of the loud music it is just pure annoyance.The woman staff has an attitude. She does not know the meaning of customer service.

I prefer Subway sandwiches because they have bigger and better tasting bread, meat, and have more vegetables and dressing choices. The diner has many tables and has satisfactorily clean environment. It is accessible for offices around the area, and is open until 2AM for night shift people. The customer service is disappointing though. All the female staffs are arrogant and doesnt know how to communicate properly when serving. No empathy when it comes to word choices and manner of speaking. They dont even apologize or politely tell you if one of your choices or promo is unavailable. Only one of the male staffs have great customer experience to offer.

Their oven has been out of order for two months. They offer to microwave the sandwich and still demand full price. Also, they rarely ever have parmesan bread. I have been there foolishly around 25 times over the last 5 months. The times Ive actually walked away from there with a sandwich is less than 5 times.This is not a subway. This is some sort of fake copycat that has stolen the subway logo.

It has a vibrant ambiance.
