Ang sabi ni ateng attendant dapat daw handwash yung curtains para hindi masira yung ring. So yung fee para sa handwash ang binayaran ko na mas mahal kumpara sa machine wash. Pagkuha at pag check ko nung curtains halos matanggal yung mga ring at sira sira meaning hindi siya hinandwash. Worst laundry ever!

Mixed clothes with other customers clothes. May dumadating na hindi samin, at the same time may mga nawawala din kaming damit na pinapalaundry namin.3-5 days bago bumalik yung laundry, medyo mas matagal kaysa sa nearby laundry shops.Rate a bit higher (33/klo regular) compared to other laundry shops nearby (25/klo Cleopatra, 30/klo BJs laundry shop & 150/load Citybites).Minimum of 6 kilos pag pickup/deliver.Minimum of 4 kilos kapag ikaw maghahatid ng laundry sa laundry shop, and kukuha after malabhan.

Nagpapickup ako ng laundry around 6PM. Sabi nila darating daw. 8pm nagfollowup ako. Sabi 9 daw kasi isa lang daw magpipickup. Tinanong ko kung sure darating, oo daw. Come 9pm wala pa din. Then 9:30 fafollowup sana ako pero walang sumasagot.Okay lang naman sabihin na di na mapipickup yung laundry para di na ako maghihintay diba. O kaya para nagpalaundry na ako sa iba.Okay to dati noong ibang ate pa tumatao sa store nila. Nagsasabi pag di na darating magpipickup. Kung di man, sure na darating kahit alas 10 na. Ngayon wala na sobrang pangit na ng service.

Since its the only laundry place around i have been using it for a long time but clothes never gets fully clean and comes back with stains. Last time i did my laundry a pair of my practice jersey and shorts got lost and since i didnt report it 24 hours after i claimed it they say its not their problem. Someone obviously took it since my last name was on it. If you gonna do your laundry go somewhere else.

The fabcon that they use is pretty strong (personally). Pick up your laundry after 3 days.

They lost my pants.... !!
