OK naman sa grocery pero sa area ng western union at palit dollar naka 2 balik ako puro nasa CR ang naka duty. Una nag antay ako nung pangalawa hindi na dahil CR nanaman daw

One stop shop, there are stores like optical ans japan home. Also medical city satellite is also available here. Wide variety if supermarket items plus a small dept atore type of section. Appliances like TVs and kitchen wares and equiptments are also available. Parking is for free just need to validate it after paying at the cashier. Now no need to fall in line to enter.

Lines at the counter are so long! I know that there is a pandemic going on. Limiting the customers inside is understandable. Limiting manpower at the checkout is stupid. The flow of people exiting would be faster only if SM is not stingy enough to give their employees more shifts so that they could earn as well. Penny for my thoughts. Right??!!

Its nice to having a groceries at SM supermarket during 2pm-3pm :) but my experience today is not good as before the cashier in prestige is so lazy :) I thought SM is serving people one of their best mission :) maybe she is new :)

Staff makes you feel youre not dealing with robots. They dont just smile, they interact with customers.

Close but yet so far.... Thats how i view this SM shop. They offer a wide range of products inside the hypermarket but i dont consider this place as a one stop shop as they are still missing pieces/types of stores one will look for. They dont have a bookstore knowing that they are located in front of a big university and the vast majority of their customers are below 20years of age

Nice selection of grocery, friendly staff and competitive prices especially the SM bonus brand. Unfortunately, distilled water was not available. Great to shop here early in the morning as there are few shoppers but expect to only have a few counters open. Good selection of food cart although my only concern was that they did not apply the right discount to my liempo rice meal back in November last year as Im a PWD. They will only deduct 20% but there will still be a 12% vat. They will also not give you the right invoice for this. Im referring to their rotisserie business. Always bring your Senior and PWD card so that you will be prioritized.

It looks like its dying. The fresh meat dont look fresh and the toilets are horrible. Tiles falling and the urinals dont flush.

If you mean convenience in doing grocery? I prefer here.

Good variety, although I am personally docking one star because they havent had chewy Chips Ahoy for months

I checked the inside. I didnt shop but the place looks good for household shopping. It got food carts on the second floor & services shops on the ground.

Aircon was busted for 2nd straight week. Most of the time the parking lot reeks of rotting garbage

Parking area smells dead rat..Cant buy many groceries since they only provide paper bags, no more boxes anymore.. no shopping bag most of the times.

Sm hypermart at kalentong shaw gets 1 star only..bec.they always have no bagger and tellers needs more knowledge regarding on senior citizen benefits..male staff are just lotering inside the grocery portions and always talking at each other.dapat they help on all counters..and prices should be calibrated..one price only and not seen differently at each racks and counter when swiped..although..the security guard are friendly...

The parking lot smells like trash, the semi foodcourt is not that clean but at the end of the day it still provides your necessary needs..
