Currently checked in on this hotel, very poor customer service, ang hirap makaget ng request ang hotel, the hotel manager on duty na mismo kausap ko, had to repeat couple of times hindi parin nagets. may langaw wa room ko and room ng kasama ko. di na nga naaddress ang concern ko nagfeedback pa sa company ko against me, kasalanan ko bang mairita ako dahil hindi nya magets ang ibig kong sabihin.

Lage ako jan napapadaan hehe.

바로 이웃에 포럼 로빈손이 있어 찾기 쉽고 대중교통 이용이 매우 좋은 곳이다. 건물 자체도 큰 빌딩으로 많은 객실을 보유하고 있다. 파식강을 끼고 있어 풍치 또한 있다. 단지 직원들의 친절도 보다 방 이용시 부대서비스(생수,스리퍼,커피포트 등)가 전연 없었으며 이런 내용을 사전 공지해 주지도 않음으로서의 불편함을 감수해야만 했다는 것이 흠이랄까? 결론적으로 가격대비 상위의 휴식처로 추천하고 싶다.

MRT駅近く、バス停近く、ショッピングモール近くて非常に便利なロケーションです。タクシー乗り場もすぐ隣にあります。ホテル部屋内に無料常備水が2本、タオルはバスタオルが2枚だけで通常のタオルが無いので自分で準備した方が良いです。シャワールームはお湯が温めなので時期がずれると少々冷たいかもしれない。洗面用具アメニティはシャンプー2本と石鹸2個のみ。洗面用タオル、歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉無し、くし無し、ヘアードライヤー無し、コップ無し、シェービングセット無し、クリーニング袋無し、全て自分で準備して持参する必要があります。ホテルの1階はミニストップのコンビニがあり便利です。従業員の方々の接客態度が良かっただけにちょっと残念です。

Reasonably priced, a budget hotel but has clean rooms and good location.

I thought im alone in my room, but during night time i found my room mates,roaming around my room & watching over me on the wall/ceiling.

Large room. Nice comfortable bed. A/C worked too well! TV was useful. Free wifi allowed me to work. Across the road from supermarket. Train station close by..Traffic noise esp horns can be heard all the time.(was on 5th floor). Part of life in Manila. I tuned it out.

I like its location next to Robinssons Mall. I like the secured atmosphere with the househelp and security attendants almost present 24 hrs . I like the friendly and courteous staff. I also like the fact I was able to store my luggage while I went to travel out of the city for 4 days knowing it was in a secure place and no charges for storage. Of course I have to return to the Hotel to continue my stay. At one time I had to move to another floor because the warm water is not available on my floor. But overall, I will stay again at this location if i were to look for a place in Mandaluyong.

Good for backpackers ,ideal for sleep and Go traveller,.better than inns you can find in singapore of same category. Customer service is excellent nothing so much trouble.cleanlines is standard.

My stay here has always almost been pleasant. Front office staff were very approachable and pleasant. They were prepared with my room number and forma filled out.Check in and out was smooth. I wish the elevator will be fixed asap.They made improvements with their wifi. Will book again.

Nice place along EDSA

Definitely a budget hotel. No fridge in the rooms. The rooms are quite small.The vending machine didnt work, however tyere isca big mall across the road, or a convenience store underneath for the truly desperate.Great view of EDSA from level 5 if that floats your boat. I love Manila transport, so it floated mine. Be nice if they cleaned the filthy windows.EDSA side is probably a bit noisy for most.

I like the cleanliness of the hotel. I just didnt like that they dont have much of appliances inside their room. They only have TV and safe. They dont have hair blower, electric kettle and refrigerator.

Check in was smooth and it was easy - it took less than 5 minutes. This is a you get what you pay for hotel - they will display basic filipino hospitality.The location is great as well since it is next to a mall. They have decent cable channels.

Worst hotel ever!!I cant sleep somebody drilling on the next door its so noisy, not complete toiletries, ugh! Wifi connection is terrible! I wouldnt recommend it!

Great location with many malls nearby and the MRT and busses.

This hotel is clean and has very professional staff who are cordial and attentive. However the facilities are in an awkward place and difficult to get to which makes catching a cab very hard. Also the rooms are very small and have no place for you to unpack your suitcase suitcase. I would not stay at it again.

Im not sure if there is, i forgot to ask... but there was no toothbrush. HeheBut other than that... everything was good. Location and cleanliness.

It is excellent for the price. It is a nice place if you just want a place to sleep. It is close to Robinsons forum and easy to get a ride. Dont expect a 5 star hotel treatment though. It is a basic hotel. Will definitely chose this hotel again.

Rooms are clean and very good aervice. Nag ask kami for raplacement towels and bed sheets na provide nila agad.

Not so PWD Friendly but place is cozy. Food is not allowed inside the room which is a hassle.

Check in und check out geht immer sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Man darf nicht im Zimmer essen aber das ist auch richtig so damit das Hotel sauber bleibt. Es gibt ein Lobby in jede Etage wo man auch Getränke Automaten gibt. Es gibt auch eine Spa-Massage in die 5. Etage sowohl als auch einen Convenience Store und liegt genau in die Mitte von Makati und Quezon City und ist gut erreichbar.

Stayed ok with nice air conditioning. Nice shower but bring your own toiletry if you want. The beds are comfortably and the air works fine. The internet can be challenging at times and I recommend you bring your own portable wifi. There is a restaurant next door but there are many selections next door at the mall. The taxi could hardly find it due to the traffic and the detouring around the area. This is a great budget for the price.

Staff not intrusive but very helpful and polite. Plus A1 location.

The facility is always clean but the place to eat is too hot, the air conditioning is not working, I ask one of the staff since I arrived but they told me it was broken, and it has been in maintenance on my 2 weeks stay. Other than that, the place is cute and the staff are all polite and always greet you. Thank you all.

Great family hotel next to a mall. Decent water pressure and generally quiet hallways.They also have a lower ground parking which has direct access to the hotel lobby.

The hotel is conveniently located. Room is rather small but clean. One shortfall is the room does not have a closet .

Rooms plain but functional, no tea/coffee making facilities. Designated smoking area is a long uphill walk from hotel. Easy reach to Robinsons shoppong mall etc

Competitive pricing, secure parking, and very clean room. Unfortunately the toiletries are lacking one of the most basic need- disposable toothbrush and some toothpaste.

The hotel is fine. It has a convenience store, atm and a mall beside it. The problem is that theres no drive way. When I arrived it was pouring rain and I need to climb the stairs to reach the nearest shelter at the hotel. I was soaked.

This is a good hotel for the budget traveller and is centrally located in the Makati City in close proximity of the Robinsons Mall as well as the Metro Station.It is also close to loads of cheap eateries and has a very good feel about it,Pro:- Clean facilities- Responsive Staff- Simple yet effective and timely service- a decent restaurant in the ground floor- Wifi is available in the lobby (central zone near the lifts of each floor)- so you dont have to go to the main lobby.- Quite economical

When in Mandaluyong, I definitely go for this hotel. Their rooms are clean, and with hot water. Best of all, its budget friendly.

The location is perfect considering theres a 24/7 mart just outside of it as well as a branch of Unionbank. Easy to get transport to go anywhere around Metro-***ila. The rooms were immaculately clean if a little on the small side. SAFETY and SECURITY We felt that it was sufficient.

A true value hotels in Manila, Philippines. Its close to the airport so travelling is a breeze. Its center to establishments and offices so finding places to dine and things to do wont be a problem. Of course, the stay inside the hotel is what its about. Great friendly staff, awesome comfortable rooms.

Budget friendly hotel within the metro. Close to Makati and Pasig City.

Amazingly terrible service.. If you dont like your room then transfer but be prepared to pay an additional 500 pesos for the trouble of transfering you to a new room. Shame on you.. I never intended to book a room with Go Hotel but the Robinson Group of Hotels website was so misleading..that instead of booking a room with Holiday Inn I ended up reserving a room with this hi-end MOTEL. Shame on me.

The masterbedroom is cozy, cheap. Giving it 3 starts because u can hear the train and the street noise

Everytime we come home to the PhilipppinesGo Hotels Mandaluyong serves as our 2nd home. Nothing can beat that feeling.

Floor tiles were moving when you step on them. No slippers and no free coffee. Aircon is good and easy to checkin/check out

Good to stay here located at the heart of city center, however, you should be prepared for traffic congestion.

A good place for a weekend--budget friendly staycation. Though there were some changes on how it used to be. The hallways are smelly.. prolly they used a stinky mop or something. I didnt see any vendo on the 5th floor, too. And they wont give you a window room even if theres clearly one or two available. I was placed in an inside room coz I was told window rooms are all occupied. When I was going to my room, I saw room attendees coming out from a window room---not once, but thrice. Dont give me the some-might-have-booked-it-in-advanced excuse.
