Haba ng pila pero worth it pagnaka order kana. This pandemic 5 star rating sa service kasi mejo mabilis.

Bumili po kami ng 3 dozens, pero walang dip kahit isa. Kahit nakaindicate na free dip kada flavor. Pano naman po yung mga new buyers na hindi alam na ganiyan?

Ang sarap ng wings. Medyo matagal lang pumila kasi dinner time at madaming tao pero mabilis naman ang service. Masarap dun yung flavours, well coated yung wings di tulad ng sa ibang restaurant. Nasa food hall lang yung branch nila tho, kaya understandable na mabagal ang service

Poor service. Yng ticket ko nasa unahan nung board nila and yet nadaanan na ng mas huling numbers. Yun pala nasa counter na.

It was almost closing time when we ordered for take out. It has been a long time as well since the last time we had Frankies. Taste is the same but it didnt wow me compared when the first time I tasted it. Again, Ive eaten Frankies years ago and I was expecting to have the same reaction as I didnt have it for a long time. Nevertheless, the service was awful. They have Grab drivers waiting for more than an hour. I was told that the wait time was for 30 minutes, and I ordered at 7:25 PM. The persons who were behind me on the line got their orders first since they went to the counter again to follow up. At 8:15 PM, my mom went to the counter this time. I understand that there are a lot of orders and that they are doing the best they can to accommodate all, but I wish they have a more systematic way to handle these overflowing orders.

The crew were systematic even though there are influx of people and they are very friendly. Social distancing is observed. As always, the food is so mouthwatering and very delicious!

I wasnt keen on trying this because I heard their products arent spicy enough, but I was pleasantly surprised and surprisingly delighted when I tried it during a company lunch-out. The 3 flavors I tried are:1. Classic Buffalo Wings Super Spicy with Blue Cheese Dip - The spice is similar level with Buffalo Wings and Things Firehouse, and their dip is creamy with just a mild hint of blue cheese.2. Salted Egg - The salted egg yolk powder is heavenly! And its spicy too, as in there are whole chilis in it.3. Salt and Pepper with Aoili Dip - A very flavorful take on fried chicken, and the aoili dip is really creamy and complements the otherwise basic flavored chicken.What I like about Frankies: taste of their chicken (which is evident in their salt and pepper - well-seasoned base) and variety of taste and texture (its not just spicy sour buffalo sauce).But I hope they would have a customizable sampler. Right now, they only have Wings World with fixed flavors in the set. I also hope they have more choice of dips i.e. stronger blue cheese dip, salsa; and more choice of rice i.e. garlic rice, dirty rice, rice for sharing.IMHO, Frankies is a trendy and curated buffalo wings place that appeals to the taste buds of people who find other buffalo places intimidating i.e. people who arent too keen on spicy sour sticky buffalo sauces. But its also nice that they have some flavors for people like me who want the classic buffalo flavors. So its a win-win! The long lines during lunch and dinner serve as testament to this!Overall, its a good first experience and Im very willing to eat there again esp. to try the other flavors (esp. Wicked Wasabi) and dips (esp. Truffle Dip).

This is where I discovered Frankies and still they maintain the taste like it was my first time eating there. Kudos to the Staff!

This is a favorite wing place of my son & wife. Last week during my vacation in the Philippines, they showed me the place. Serving size is satisfying. We were able to take home the excess & still eat it for the next day.

Their wings are way much bigger and tastier than other contemporary Buffalo wings franchises.

Always been a go-to place whenever were craving for chicken wings in the middle of Megamall. Its located on fifth floor food court. Theres always a long queue but its always worth it. . My favorite has always been Salted Egg and Garlic Parmesan.

Ang lalaki ng chicken wings compared sa ibang chicken wing restos. And the flavors have been the same even after years na. One good thing ay managed na nila ang lines now...better than before...faster serving of orders. At least in my experiences

I wish theyll move to a bigger place or have their own place in the mall to cater for their own costumers. Its hard to look for seats. Rice is pricey.

Salted egg is the best flavor. Grabfood also does deliveries which is so convenient, even late night.

My favorite place for chicken wings. My favorite flavors are Garlic Parmesan and Honey Garlic. I also like Cheesy Bacon, but its hard to finish all six on your own.Its better if you eat with other people so that you get to try out more of the flavors instead of just one. For first timers, go for Wings World (it has my favorite Garlic Parmesan together with Smokey BBQ and Nagoya Tebasaki). Nagoya Tebasaki is my familys favorite cause they dont like food thats too salty.Nagoya is the perfect balance of salty and sweet and is perfect if Im introducing Frankies to anyone, especially to someone older like my mom or her friends.Also, if youre in Megamall buy drinks at the SweetTea shop at the left side of the Mega Food Hall. I love the Strawberry infusion something drink (pitcher) and if Im alone I always get the watermelon fresca.

We used to dine here despite the long lines and location (inside the food court), because I love their sauce - honey garlic. But one time the sauce was too little so I requested to have some more, just so the chicken would be dipped fully in sauce. But the waitress declined the request and yet took my plate back to the kitchen and shouted kayo na bahala dyan - Guess what they did to my plate? DISGUSTING. Now I found a similar dish with the same sauce at Nonos. Wouldnt go back here again.
