This branch is very accessible because its inside the mall. Not just any mall but one of the most visited malls in Metro so I think thats a plus. We are always shopping at megamall and if we crave some chicken wings, this is one of the stores we go to. They serve a bundle as well which I think is sulit if youre in a group or a couple. The flavors are spectacular, the staffs are a bit attentive because theres a lot of customers, Ill just give it to them.

Their chicken wings have never failed to amazed my taste buds. Me and my friends always enjoy trying each of their savory flavored wings.

TERRIBLE SERVICE.My friends and I were so tired after a long walk. We were so hungry and tired that we badly wanted to sit and have a good lunch. Since theres no space in the food court, I asked them to just eat at Buffalos. We happily sat and placed our orders. I was craving for chicken wings and was fully expectant that it would be delectable. We were told that our order will be ready in 10-15 mins, but we waited WAY LONGER than that. We also asked for water but NO ONE ever served water to us. It was hard to call their attention if you need anything so we just let it pass.We ordered 3 ice creams, one was served earlier and the other 2 were for later. When we asked for the other 2 ice creams to be served, the lady told us that we have 3 ice creams ordered in total so we nodded in agreement. To our surprise, the lady served 3 ice creams later, so now, we have a total of 4 ice creams served to us. I was about to return one of the ice creams but the lady did not try to hear me out and turned her back on us. She was so quick to leave our table without clarifying the confusion about our order. We just let it pass and decided to pay for the extra one they served. We just laughed it off and joked that she seemed to be the one who havent slept compared to us who worked the whole night.When we asked for the bill, the same lady handed the bill to us. We were still in the middle of discussing how much each of us need to pay based on our individual orders, but the same lady quickly returned like Flash to get the bill. To my irritation, I told her to wait as we were still talking. They were so quick to get our payment as if were going to leave without paying, but SO SLOW at serving. THE QUALITY OF THEIR SERVICE DISAPPOINTED ME BIG TIME.ILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN.

Favorite buffalo wings place! We used to eat dinner here a lot during my first years at work in Ortigas area, so me and my buddies have lots of memories in this restaurant.Love their flavors esp. Firehouse Classic, New Yorks Finest, Basil and Garlic, and Chipotle Lime. I also love their Bleu Cheese Dip and Dirty Rice.The place is casual and laid-back, food and service consistently good.

Good food. I like that they have boneless chicken fingers. You could choose how spicy the chicken is so no fear for those whho dont like spicy food.

The already have group meals, budget friendly and satisfying.

Me and my friends ordered a group meal with appetizers and we just wanted to at least have the nacho appetizers ehile we wait for the wings and yet after numerous follow ups all they did was just refill our water. I think this branch largely needs improvement in terms of their service. Very poor and slow service for some food we ordered 30 minutes ago. Thry should not have their customers wait for that long without telling them how long they need to prepare their orders.

Get you chicken wing fix. Same thing like other wings buut this with less flavors to choose from unlike Buffalo Wild wings. Is not cheap either but you get quality from the store. I just dont find this store any unique to stand out.

No wash area inside the restaurant, but great food!
