Their food is good but it is way too expensive esp. the grouper dishes... Way back December 2019 it was only cost 990 pesos but after 2 months the price has been kinda doubled. I wish the size of it was doubled too :D. The szechuan spicy squid was not the way I expected, serving was just a few squid and a lot of spices.

I’ve eaten 9 times there it’s just amazing I love the food menu they even serve boba milk tea and it’s hot!

Poor service. I had this experience where I place an order and after an hour, the order never arrived. Then when I followed up for it, their server mentioned that it is no longer available. Such a really poor customer service, no one approached to inform about the availability of the food. (Also, they dont give compliments for the inconvenience that their staff had caused.)As for the food, its just fine. Nothing special. What you see is what you get.The tables are too close to each other just like in a fastfood, making the value to be overpriced.Guess what, they even have a Service Charge fee for this kind of service.

Must try xio long bao and other exquisite delicacies.

The noodles with abalone sauce, beans with salted egg, and vegetable dumpling with truffle oil capped by iced shaved mango made our day when we dined here.

Great Service and super delicious food!So Happy!

We visited Lugang Cafe Today... The service was bad... The food was quite okay... 6/10 But... We are very thankful to Mr.Mar (manager) who assisted us... And made sure that our orders will be served as soon as I followed up... Thank you Mr.Mar... for your good service...

Food taste good. But service is slow. I think they need more staff during peak hours. Water refills took an hour. Orders take 30minutes each. Me and friends made jokes out of the experience just to get by.Jokingly disappointed with the wait.

Their Feast All You Can is worth it. They have enough variety on their menu and the food is good.Catch it until October 31 (Monday to Saturday only).

Review №11

Quality of food is just fine. But the service is bad. I know it is rush hour (Saturday dinner time) but they should expect it already. The food that we ordered came out one by one. And that doesnt satisfy our appetite.

Good food. Loved the sweet n sour soup and Kung pao chicken. The salted fish and chicken rice was ok. The staff seemed overworked

Good sumptuous food, nice dining place, good bargain for the unlimited viand promo

Great Chinese (Taiwanese) dishes super yummy, good service, but a bit pricey. I wouldve given it 5 stars. Recommended for group, occasions, but not for every day meal

Review №16

Its overrated and overpriced for the service that they provide and plus the fact that they prioritise foreign people rather than filipinos.they base on looks if you look rich enough theyre service will be kinda okay

We ordered fried rice, xiao long bao, and the pork knuckles (?). I ordered a separate cucumber mint for myself, then the next day I got sick (bowel movements, nausea and stomach cramps) . That was the first time that I ate at Lugang Cafe, not gonna eat here (or in any branch) again.

Unli salt naman. Super alat foods nila. Shao long bao is fine though. The rest, no thanks. 599 not worth it.

Food was great. And the waiters were also pretty nice when you finally got their attention, but, man, it takes years before you can get their attention.

Review №20

Tried their pork cutlet, garlic spinach, tofu with black sauce, xiao long bao and lean pork congee (not the exact dish names in the menu); found these a bit pricey for the ordinary taste and small servings; nice ambience.

Review №21

I didnt eat here?? But i might as well given the right incentives. Here are your 5 stars!

Review №22

Very good service! The waiters really wait as they should for diners to call them. Food was good. Not the biggest fan of duck but I enjoyed it anyway.

Review №23

Fancy coffee and desserts. Authentic Taiwanese Chinese dishes.Good Oyster cake and roast pork.

Review №24

Tofu with century egg

Review №25

Lugang serves good Chinese food and dianxin. I just wish they had more options in their entrees.

Review №26

This is my go to place for Chinese food in Ortigas. The dumplings, fried string beans, and kung pao chicken have never disappointed.

Review №27

Food is ok but the service is bad. They gave us the wrong orders twice! And we waited for almost an hour till all of our orders were served!

Review №28

It’s Not Bad
