Nakakatakot lang elevator kasi kusa nag open ang door pero okay lang naman overall.Maganda ang view sa 43rd, kita ang Manila, Makati and Taguig

Mga abala sakani-kanilang mga trabaho ang mga tao dito kaya hindi sila dapat puntahan kung wala ka naman appointment o importanteng sadya sakanilang tanggapan upang hindi ka makaistorbo

Nakakatakot ung elevator, creepy and feeling mo bibigay sa sobrang luma.

For its location, its within vicinity of shops (Cherry, S&R, Petron, 7-11, Jollibee, Starbucks, Mercury Drug, etc). But if you want to rent their available floors, the building is somewhat old. Parking is difficult if not arranged ahead of time (youll be forced to park at Cherry or S&R).
