Nakapunta kame on a weekday and we ate lunch na buffet.nagstart ang buffet ng 12pm sharp. pagdating mo kunin nila temparature mo then wil give you alcohol to sanitize your handstapos pag 12 na, pila kayo with social distancing then me taga bigay ng plato, tapos mandatory to sanitize your hands ulithen unlike before na ikaw ang sumasandok, this time iba na sasandok sa iyoituturo mo lang yunh like moi had the fftuna sashimi - very fresh. ansaraproast beef- super lambot super juicy. i had mine in medium well pero napakalambot talagathen shrimp with butter sauce.dyan palang sulit na yunh buffet.othwr food that i gottempura,cheeses,pork belly roastinihaw na liempochicken with pita - sarap din nitoceasar saladpastapizzaetc etcdessert.ko is ice cream. di ako kumuha ng halo halothen cake

Konti lang yung mga tao and konti lang din yung mga food choices. Hindi din ganun ka bonggacious ang lasa ng mga food. Mababait yung mga employees and staff nila. Attentive and respectful. The are the gems of HEAT!

各種肉類繁多好吃，唯沙拉吧沒什麼蔬菜！

Great ambiance, great services, good food, not the most budget friendly place to eat, as expected.

I considered Heat as one of the premier buffet hotel restaurants until I went there to celebrate my friend s birthday a week ago... They didnt have salmon sushi in stock, limited stock of shrimp even the dimsum area the shrimp hakaw ran out as well. Food selection I felt wasnt that fresh anymore. Maybe its because it was lunch time and they serve the fresh ones during dinner?

Beautiful place, a smoking room a weight room. And a very nice all you can eat. Just a wonderful hotel.

Its still good but compare with the past years. This restaurant is a symbol of mannerism coz they never developed the new menu for last 15 years. Well now is the time look for the restaurant where they put the their heart in service.

Excellent lobster and crab concoctions. Lobster ice cream, even. Roast beef was overcooked even when i asked for medium rare doneness.

Lots of selection! I really enjoyed their seafood variety.

It was a really bad experience. Seafood is mostly stale and smelly. The salmon sushi was on the verge of going bad.真的是一次非常不好體驗。我們是八點左右到，龍蝦以及蟹之類的都完全不新鮮了，還有臭味發出。例如三文魚的那些顏色都已經變質了。

Lobster Friday was great but only regret was the drinks are NOT included on the buffet which is already so expensive. For the price of the buffet, they have to include drinks like juices and fruit shakes similar to Vikings and sambokojin.

Buffet cuisine from every part of the world i would however gravitate around the indian cuisine. u cnt go wrong

Buurrpppp! Very delicious selection of dishes. Japanese, italian, indian, filipino. Fresh fruits, desserts that are not too sweet. Plus, friendly and accomodating staffs.

Interesting food, nice variety with filipino, indian, chinese, etc choices.. Featured on the day we came was wagyu beef. They had various treatments and presentation of wagyu beef and I really enjoyed the very rare kobe pot roast cut that I got. I did not care for the 24 hour sous vide wagyu beef that they also had. The cheese area was sparse to be kind. They had brie, camembert, cheddar and some other forgettable cheese. No grapes at all. The dessert section was interesting but the ice cream was a disappointment. They had what the called Carabaos milk which was no way anything likie it. Other flavors were equally disappointing. The halo-halo section was excellent. Considering the price I consider it barely passable with the rare kobe pot roast the only saving grace. Hence the 4 stars.emphas

Heat is definitely one of the best buffet in Manila. Can’t wait to come back here again.

호텔방문했을때 조식뷔페로 이용함. 2015년 첫방문했을때는 정말 괜찮았는데 작년 방문 시엔 정말 별로 였고 올해 방문에는 조금 개선된 느낌. 그래도 규모에 비해 마땅히 먹을 게 없음. 예전엔 15년도엔 마카티 페닌슐라보다 훨씬 좋았는데 올해는 오히려 페닌슐라가 더 나았음

They have a large variety of food. There was a good selection and most of all, the food was great!

Watching the staff go about their duties is like watching a well-oiled machine... they are very efficient with a ready smile..

Love the buffet here. Good food, good service and good dining.
