Magaling ang service nang mga employees nang PUREGOLD STORE. Sinusunod nila ang ruling para sa cashier nang mga pad at senior citizen. Kaya halina na po tayong mag grocery sa PUREGOLD STORE sa may Capitolyo.

I would like to say that its a great supermarket, with all its variety of products, and friendly services. Would say maybe improve the parking lot? Would love to always buy things here but the parking is always full.

You can choose a lot of brands and products here. For just a supermarket, this one is nice to shop not just because of its reasonable price but with its good customer service. I just want them to clean the comfort rooms from time to time or to put another CR so that theres no customer waiting for his/her turn. The parking area is also one problem. Put more guards there.

Offers typical wide choices in grocery items and quickie bites of a Puregold outlet, conveniently located along busy McArthur Highway near Bulacan State University. Although suffering from occasional long checkout queues, customer service is above average. One of Malolos convenient supermarket chpices.

Nice, spacious and fast transaction

Puregold, similar to any sister location, is a best buy for softdrinks, instant noodles, local snacks and local canned goods. This is NOT a place to buy RTWs, hardware supplies, school supplies, household supplies or eating at their foodcourt (because less selection).

Standard Puregold experience. Ok-ish selection, if not comprehensive. There are a few things I personally dont like about shopping at Puregold locations. I can say this is true for all Puregolds1. I hate how tight their security is. Sure its not discriminatory when they whisk everyone but they sure look like theyre gonna go bankrupt if they dont check everything. No other major grocery chain does this anymore. I feel like a shoplifter every time i go out of their store without buying anything.2. You cant buy cigarettes with credit cards.3. They require ids for purchases even below Php2,000 for credit cards. I know many retailers still do but its stupid not to modernize their terminals. No tap to pay options are here.4. I usually end up with not-so-fresh meat here esp pork. Goes bad in just a few days. Same doesnt happen on Robinsons Supermarket fresh meat.

Very poor and slow service. I hope the management will take action on this.please observe how slow your cashiers and baggers are. Youre staff appears to be daydreaming and working in slow motion. You should be systemic and respect your customers time.
