Masayang mag stay sa hotel na ito super relaxing. mabait na mga staff. magandang mga rooms. malamig at malinis. marami na rin ako mga friends nag check in dito dahil sa kin. wala ba akong free accommodation dyan? pero sulit po talagang mag stay dito sa a venue hotel. thumbs up!

Stayed for a night. Hindi nakapagswimming sa pools at hindi nakapagpamassage. Pero nasulit ang room stay at buffet breakfast. Good malapit sa mga stores. Salamat din sa extrang mga kumot.

Over all Good. But everytime may ipapadeliver ka food or anything you want. ikaw ang need pumunta sa baba para kunin yung pina deliver mo. kasi reason nila lagi walang magdadala pataas. but everything is Good

My first night was spent in the left side tower (as you face the buildings) not very pleasent, ageing room and furniture with tepid water. I stayed in the left hand tower the next day a vast improvement new modern room and reasonable hot water, on the down side the breakfast restuarant was Way too small for the number of rooms so you need to get there early and breakfast choice was poor.

This is such an awesome hotel for a very fair price. I booked the rooms online thru their website and a got whopping 60% discount! So okay, I was not expecting much, instead what I had in mind was a room with 2 beds that could fit 3 people. However, when my family and I arrived, we were really awed coz the hotel was so spacious! I mean, it’s like were not in a hotel but rather in a condo unit coz they have a receiving area, small kitchen with microwave, mini-red, dinnerware and cutlery. Then there are 2 rooms with 1 queen size bed and 1 single bed and 2 toilets and bath. Both rooms have separate aircon units and tv. Plus factor are the very friendly and accommodating staff who were always generous to our requests. We definitely had a lovely stay at this hotel and I highly recommend it.

Since 2016, my personal choice for the best hotel buffet breakfast is that one hotel located in Ortigas, but after my stay in A.Venue, this hotel will be my best buffet breakfast as to date. Lol. Why? Because they have varities of food EVERYDAY. Walang umay, besh. Kudos to the chef/s in the kitchen and the lady in the egg station who cooks an extraordinary omelet. Lol. Oh, and before I forgot, thanks to the kuyas who served brewed coffee in the morning.Indeed, a thumbs up, A.venue Hotel!

Booked this hotel because theres an ongoing promo back then for mobile booking. They dont charge you when you book and reserve a room instead they charge you when you arrive at the hotel.There are 3 elevators, one on the left, middle, and right. For the hotel the use the middle one. At first, we are kind of getting lost but we got used to it.There are parts of the hotel and elevator that smells like hot-foul garbage.Room (studio deluxe) is clean and spacious. AC thermostat is not that well. Turned it all the way down to 16 Celsius but still to no avail.Both TVs in the room are not smartTV FYI but both do have cable. USB slot is not working unfortunately.Breakfast upgrade is not worth it IMO. Very limited food choices.Hotel staffs are superb. Warm, helpful and friendly.

The lobby of this hotel smells really really BAD!!! It smells of pee!!! Weve seen small cockroaches in our toilet too and their wifi connection sucks!!! Cozy bedroom though.

The staff at A Venue or very profession providing a high level of service. Front desk and Bell Captains were responsive. The restaurant was good. Although they need to replace sterno in the buffet to ensure food at 9:45am is still hot. Many dishes were cold which was unfortunate. The pool is very nice and 5th Corner Bar adjacent to the pool nice place to hang out. Great location in Makati near SM Market across the street, Century Mall is right around the corner, and restaurants and Starbucks 1 block away. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was the worst experience I had my life. I will go a lot of journey. This hotel was awful. This was a passenger hotel at a zero grade.

Had a nice staycation with the family. Breakfast was ok but a lot of kids in the kiddie pool that day.

Fairly Good.. considering that it is located at the center of Makati City

They have a great ambience and clean area . Their room is well air conditioned and clean also it is also a child friendly place bec. They got a play ground and a separate pool for children. All the staff are friendly and easy to approach so far they also have a buffet breakfast which end in 10am but they also have a room service that also end at 10pm. They have gym a Wi-Fi free area and lots amenities. But all in all your worth paying for it

Worst experience so far. As a first time client at The Avenue hotel, I expected more from this hotel coming from good reviews and hype in the internet about this place. However upon arriving in the afternoon, my partner asked politely the guard if they have smoking area but his response was just plain none or that he can smoke at his own risk outside the hotel. Upon checking in the room, the basic toiletries was not even complete and had to request it. The room set up was not even the same as the photo in their website. The hotel rooms hallway looks old and was not maintained properly.Then around 2 hrs after check in while we were trying to have some rest, we heard a loud repeated sound like someone was in a construction site. The sound came in the room just beside ours. It lasted for more than 30 mins. I had to call several times to make it stop. The next day we had our free breakfast, however much to our dismay we found ourselves in the Azzuro Restaurant which was the worst buffet breakfast experience to date. There were only like 3-4 dishes to choose from: Pasta which doesnt look enticing at all, Salmon fish, Steamed vegetables and scrambled egg. Their Salad lettuce and soup doesnt taste good. Their service attendants were not even accommodating like we used to have in other hotels. The restaurant set up itself is not commendable, with no music at all during our entire breakfast stay and one can observe there was not much effort in details to have a presentable breakfast area. .I know that maybe other clients had better experience but unfortunately I can say there is something lacking in your customer service, facilities and room. There was nothing special and memorable from our stay here except for those stated above. I hope that they will level up their marketing and the ones who handle the hotel operations to ensure ALL clients are satisfied with their experience. You have a good hotel website but it definitely did not deliver at all. Thank you

Ive been here for several times whenever in Philippines. I booked 1 bedroom suite in their website at A.Venue Hotel, but upon check in I was transferred to Antel Suites. It was really small compare to my previous stays. I felt I was cheated. And there was cockroaches. The shower handle is not working. What a bad stay.

Room is cozy and clean with small kitchen area. Complete toiletries are provided. I liked the swimming pool area located at the 5th floor with a nice city view. The area is surrounded by restaurants and food shops.

The bell boy should at least be proactive in showing the guest how to use the remotes on AC ,television or most specially the shower. It helps to familiarize tge guests.The closet had a smell of bad sweaty clothes. Housekeeping should be mindful of this too. It was remedied by them immediately after i brought it to their attention.sprayed and was wiped on again. Overall i love staying in your hotel. Location ideal. I am a local resident from laguna. I do stay in your hotel often.

سيء جدا وخدمة رديئة جدا والمكان متهالك ورائحة المخدات والشراشف سيئة جدا والاجهزة في النادي GYM لا تعمل وكذلك موظفو الإستقبال كذابين بسب اني طلبت منهم خروج متأخر وقالوا ان الفندق ممتلئ وهو غير صحيح ودخلت على موقع اجودا وطلب عدد 9 غرف لذلك اليوم الذي كنت سوف أخرج في من الفندق وكانت متاحة والدليل في الصور Very poor service, bad smell of pillows and bad sheet,old building , equipment at GYM not working as well, and reception staff liars because i asked them for late check-out and they havesaid the hotel is full and that not true because I go thru Agoda and its available i asked for 9 rooms for that day i would be out of the hotel and its available and you can see it in the pictures attached

It takes 5x follow up via phone and 1 and a half hour for our requested towels to be delivered in our room. Towels should be provided and available in rooms in the first place as standard. Microwave oven not working in the other room my family stayed on. Hope you could look into this for this are basic requirements/ standards. Thanks

They have no understanding of basic customer service. Good hotel location, looks nice and clean how ever the staff are rude, do not care about customer service, the management team needs a SERIOUS ovathall when it comes to customer service. At their staffs attitude

We had a wonderful experience at The A. Venue Hotel during our stay there with my family. The kids love the swimming pool. Over-all, the hotel amenities is familly-friendly.

I was visiting Makati from Vancouver Canada, I decided to book with A Venue for 4 nights based on the pictures I saw online.I was completely disappointed in the condition of my room that I didn’t spend more than 40 minutes in my room before going back down to the front desk.The room had a strong mildew stench, the bathtub looked unsanitary, the floors were dirty, the “wifi” provided was faulty.The front desk lady compromised saying that I would have to pay for the first night ( reasonable ) but the room condition was so poor I decided to not even stay there.HOURS after leaving and ALREADY booking another hotel I got an email saying they won’t do the refund.This place is unsatisfactory and unprofessional.

3.5 Really... Overall, consistently polite people, know what to expect it youve been here before. Has a gym, a small business center, and close to markets and restaurants. Rooms were fairly modern, but definitely pretty clean, though this spot is starting to show its age. This is my 4th stay and the one thing thats consistently not that great is in room Wifi. I had to call the front desk a couple of times.

I booked for A. Venue but gave us a room at Antel Serenity, only to be told upon check in that A. Venue was fully booked. And the smell of cigarette smoke was soooo strong as soon as we came out of the elevator up to the room. This is the same complaint that we have at Antel Spa where we are residents. It was so disgusting to my sis-in-law. Definitely not worth the price that we paid.

Your hotel is very organize, neat & clean & very family friendly especially with the kids. You also have good looking receptionists both male & female. Thanks for everything.

This is my second time around what i like the most the staff was so friendly the food was okay the room was clean and my favorite was the pool i gave it three stars but please provide a towel on the pool

Nothing about this place is a 4 star hotel. The unit was dirty, the wall paper was peeling off the wall in several spots, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, the WIFI did not work (it would connect, but no internet) the TVs do not work, its only black and white fuzzy snow, there was no hot water for my shower, no doorman, they look at you and let you struggle to open the door with all your luggage, the security people are not friendly like you are coming into a government facility NOT a hotel. I had a 4 night reservation but I checked out after 15 hours! This place was miserable. The staff are not very friendly, or helpful. I will be trying to get a refund. All the positive reviews must be fake or paid, the building is not nice. It is barely a 2 star hotel. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I was assigned to a 2 bedroom room with all ac were not working properly. All are old and there were no coldness coming out of the unit. The curtains have holes all over it and the lamp even have stains. I called the front desk and housekeeping but no one is answering for an hour. I have to go down personally to ask for a transfer. It took me an hour again to convince the front desk that i wanted a better room.

I have stayed there a few times and has a nice pool and rooms are good, if you get bnb it could have kitchen and Netflix too. But very close to action. Love the avenue market just outside music every night and street foods.

Appreciated the hotel staffs effort of putting balloons and table top decor plus the greeting card for my daughters birthday. It was a surprise for my daughter and she liked it so much. Never had any issue during our stay and staffs were very accommodating. Ill surely be back here..

I had a great 3 days 2 night stay with my family. I enjoyed the celebration which is just across the hotel. My kids enjoyed the pool and will surely be back.

Ive stayed at this property many times over the past 7 years, its aging well & the hotel staff are very courteous & helpful. The hotel was very busy during this trip. The only thing that really needs improvement is the breakfast buffet......not the worst but not the greatest either. I will return again next year!

Schönes Hotel freundliches Personal. Die Fahrstühle sind allerdings sehr langsam. Es gibt einen Aussenpool sowie einen überdachten Pool nebenan.Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe an Lokalen mit Livemusik.

The website promo includes of early check in or check out, bfast for 2 and foot massage. Arrived at 1pm but the room is not yet available but the others were able to have the room. Checked in at 210pm. The receptionist was not even accommodating. Requested if they have like complimentary for those who have celebrations but they dont have. Room is smelly, toiletries are incomplete which they only have 1 soap, 1 lotion, 1 shampoo and 2 toothbrush. The room is good for 2 but the amenities is for 1.

I stayed in A.Venue multiple times and that is the reason why i chose to book again for my staycation plan.It is still the same accommodating hotel however the room that i had seems to be a bit old and needs renovation as some curtains have visible holes, floors that needs to be fixed etc. But overall, staff is still accommodating and i felt secured during my stay.

The safe was not working the first day i checked in. I had to change my key three times because I couldnt get in my room. The hot water didnt work my last two days of my stay. I reported it to the front desk and they said they will fix it but when i came back to my room it was still not working leaving me no choice but to not shower when I checked, The internet connection is so week.

Nice place, great location, spacious rooms and superb resort! Our kids enjoyed it so much! well be back for sure!

Booked A.Venue, was placed in Antel instead by the staff 2 times in a row, where wifi connection was interrupted every few minutes during the whole 4-day stay. Accomodation itself was ok, but given the circumstances, cant get rid of impression, that this establishment is screwing you over by putting guests in lower value rooms than what youve paid for.

The location is perfect. I just hope that there is smoking area even just in the pool area.

I was a recent guest of your hotel. Actually i just checked out minutes ago for one night stay( Oct 27 - Oct 28). Unfortunately there was no evaluation form available at the time of check out thus this comment at your site.Your hotel i should say is one of the nicest hotels ive been .Though not at par with 5- star hotel, the price i paid was worth it . At least for the room amenities.But frankly speaking , my stay was not that pleasant for the following reasons;1. There was no WIFI available during my whole stay. Your staff said that your server is down and theyre were trying to communicate your provider for them to do something about it but to no avail. You know very well its one of the amenities a guest always looks for.2. The Air conditioning unit at the bedroom was not functioning well and making noise that did not cause us to sleep well. Considering that this stay should be a source of relaxation before returning back to our daily routine.In fact i even took a half day leave at the office just to recharge over the week end.3. And worse, i had this freak accident at the room we were staying. Upon rising from bed, i stepped on the wet floor causing me to slipped with the hotel step -in i was wearing hurting my right knee due to the water which i guess came from the AC Unit . This has led us to call the front desk for assistance. I can commend your staff for quick response since your concerned staff came over to check and immediately replaced the AC Unit in the room. Your hotel nurse also checked the condition of my knee and provided me with topical first aid material to somewhat ease the pain. Thanks God i did not bring any children with me coz if i did and they suffered the same accident, my reaction would be totally different.4 Lastly, it took us almost half an hour waiting for an available elevator to take us from our hall way to the ground floor for checking out. Why conduct the cleaning of your elevators during hours of the day when there are a lot of guests going in and out of your hotel. This could have been done during hours where there is less movement of guests . Waiting for half an hour in a hot corridor in a 4-star hotel is just so disappointing.I am sending you this mail not to ask for anything but to remind your responsibility to your guests while they are inside your premises. Please bear in mind they paid you with their hard earned money just to relax through your hotel and falling short of their expectations is a big SIN!!!I am hoping the above matters would be addressed at the soonest and would help you improve your services to your guests.From Ofelia A. Communal parts old, with tiles broken repaired with wood planks. Service rooms in corridor with door detached and lying bending covering the entrances. Room old. Aircon smell dump. Furnitures broken and aged. Uncomfortable

It was ok nothing to be amaze by. The only thing that would deserve 5 stars rating is the staff because they are super great, friendly, happy and incredibly kind. The facilities however are in serious need of upgrading. The entire hotel, the rooms, the hallways the lobby and specially the bathrooms look outdated and old. It was clean, except for the bathroom that had mold around the edge of the bathtub window. Ahh and the bigger room upper window lock was broken, so relief that my daughter cant climb that high yet

The location was good but the room suite which was the one that i booked was very small for the price that i was charge. I am talking about the bedroom area it was hardly no space to move around it. The menu was minimal and the portion extremely small. The noise from the bottom restaurant or karaoke bar is very annoying specially if you are in the lower floor. I requested to be assigned to the highest floor but those floor are for residence since this bldg. is half residential and half rental.

The check-in was fast & fuss free. The room was old & dated & the mattress was not comfortable. It was indented as if overused. The air con unit in the bedroom was the very old window type. It was noisy throughout. Breakfast is typically local with the exception of the egg station. Service is slow & there was no replenishment or the food items despite asking for it at 9am.

A. Venue is the worst hotel I experienced so far. We checked-in at this hotel at exactly 2pm and knowing that the concierge already determined the number of pax in the room in as early as 3pm, they should have it prepared with enough beds and toiletries.BUT extra beds and toiletries arrived in our room at exactly 7:23pm!!!! I was on the brink of my anger since we have arrived at the hotel from a far flung place not having enough sleep from our journey.GUYS, IF YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE THE WORST HOTEL IN MAKATI CITY PH, TRY A. Hi, I conducted this specific reservation via online bookin within the same day check-in and upon arrival for check-in my details were already captured and at a very economical price for my reservation! I would also like to commend the hotel staff for a very quick check-in and check-out response time and very friendly way of treating us guests.

This was my first time visiting the Philippines and I am very happy that I chose The A. Venue Hotel. My room was comfortable and the service was great. The location also made it possible to explore many restaurants and shopping on foot. I would definitely return here.

Housekeeper should be monitored about cleaning the rooms &they need to be trained well to do their job professionally.most of their work bellow standards ...if you dont instruct them they will not do their job well,which they supposed to do it from them self.maintenance of the room is poor & need to do regular check up & do the needful required.

住在這邊吃喝方便，對面就有一家超市，泳池乾淨健身房也不錯，生活機能很棒。另外走路不到五分鐘就有一座購物中心，裡面也有超市電影院等。缺點就是走在路上可能會有很多小孩衝過來要錢，至於要不要給他們錢就在自己了，不過強烈建議是觀察附近如果只有單獨一人的狀況下可以給，太多人圍著你的話很有可能會被搶劫，千萬要小心注意！

Spacious rooms and a great view of the city.. Sliding bathroom door needs improvement. No lock. You can get an accident and get clobbered if you slide the door way past its railing because there is no stopper at the end of the railing..

Check in with the guards in parking was very inconvenient instead of guiding visitors in parking they re routed parking in the other side and have to go around again outside instead of backing up. Traffic outside was heavy and chaotic it took me 15 minutes to reroute and go to the other side of the building to park.

The staff were very accommodating. Though, Id just like to notify them that there are some guest who are smoking in the hallway and left the cigarette butt in front of the elevator in the 11th floor in the floor below the No Smoking signage. So id just like to inform you about that. But other than that, we had a great stay there. Definitely wont be our last. A Venue has been our go to hotel staycation so thank you.

Its my first time to stay at A.Venue and from the check in to the bedroom wasnt smooth. I have reserve online but cant seem to find my booking. It took a while and wasnt smooth. Room design is okay however I believe you need refurbishing on the couches and the bed frame. Were about to sleep and one side of the bed broke (rollers). They come to fix it however, the following morning we experience the same thing. Overall Id say okay however for the inconvenienced experience instead of staycation was a disaster.Hope you could take this as areas for improvement

I stayed with my family and entertained friends as our visitors. We had a great time because the suite was clean, tidy and well-stocked. Plenty of storage, and warm staff. Excellent location.

Room facilities are quite old. Hot shower took some time to work. Lights were busted in the bathroom and toilet got clogged. Wifi and internet access was very slow. We extended our stay for another day and asked if can avail the same promo, however, we were charged in the breakfast and have to argue with the reception just to waive the bill which was supposedly free and included in the promo. Also the request for early checked in and late checked out were not considered by the reception. Last time experienced in May when we were there for 2 days was great but this time I was very dissapointed with my stay.

1. Front Desk: The reception guy did not even greet upon arrival. He looked at me as he waited for me to saysomething. Prompted by my information, he asked for my passport. I proceeded with thepayment and asked if I can get the same rate on the next day if I extend my stay. But he saidthat I can just book online especially that its weekend.2. Housekeeping: The bed linens were stained so I called twice to request. The guy who came was pleasantwho obliged to my request to just change the linens of 1 bed.3. Cleanliness: The toilet seat had pee drops. The room reeked of mildew.4. Security: The doormen looked dubious as they check at everyone. When I came from breakfastoutside, I was greeted with Where are you going? instead of Good morning. asked wherewhere was I going.5. Concierge: The bellboy just placed my things in the lobby. When I asked the doormen to assist me so Ican put the luggages (7 bags) in the car boot, I was asked if the car has already arrived.I was here in this hotel 7 years back during my nephews homecoming.Overall, I think the service has significantly deteriorated.
