It could have been a good experience but they only have 2 waiters and so the service and the delivery of order is too long. And the tables doesnt have stoves or it is not functional so d kmi na d gumagana ang stove d nakapagluto agad at pinaluto na namin sa knila. Kawawa ung waitress na pagod na pagod kasi mag isa nya. Ung iba namin kasama d masyado nakakain eh nag cut of na...maganda lang na madami sila side dish..

Service charge isnt worth it kasi medjo konti yung staff nila sa gabi and matagal humingi ng rice, side dishes, etc.

2x encountered cockroach.First one in the side dish. Nireklamo ko na, inihain pa sa iba. Kadiri2nd, sa table napkin, ayun mas malaking ipis.Masarap naman. Pero sana linisin ang restaurant.Pwede na kc to isumbong sa media.

Ok I did a great review 3 years back and gave 5 stars when this restaurant had good food and service, when we visited again, we were so disappointed. The meats were not good quality, the service horrible, the prices ridiculous. What happened here?

Food is ok but not the best. Theyre open 24 hours. Very limited number of staff at night though so the service was extremely poor. Servers with attitude.

Only 2 servants were available. And 3 tables are occupied. However the servers seems tired because it takes a lot of time for us to get our refills. And that was early in the afternoon. Like 3pm and theyre out of energy already.

No one told me Ive been missing out on this awesome Korean BBQ! For the longest time, I have ignored Dong Won because of the reviews which says that its unsanitary here or not clean but tonight we had the best waiter, the best kimchi jiggae, wonderful cuts of meat, the place is clean. Its pretty awesome. Its a nice break from Kozi Kozi and Samgyupsalamat. Will come back soon!
