Maganda dito maraming nagbebenta ng mga second hand cellphone. Lalo na pagdating sa Iphone sobra dami.

Wala na luma na talaga tong lugar na to.. magamda lang siya kasi dami niyang hidden treasures like airsoft shops

Maraming ukay-ukay dito. Meron din mga restaurant sa paligid,may mga food stalls din na swak sa budget. Bilihan din ito ng gadgets and kung anu ano pa. :)

感覺會自己變一個非常迷你商圈，一樓的燒烤新開幕，改天去吃

It has a whole bookshelves of my favorite authors - Catherine Anderson, Linda Lael Miller, Elizabeth Lowell and Joan Johnson - I just need to move books to one side, crawl under tables laden with books and flip through the displays..but that was half the fun. If Im lucky I would find Mitch Alboms, Wally Lambs and Isabel Allendes books at bargain prices.

One stop shop for everything you need. Lots of restaurants. A bit old but maintained building.

I grew up with Quad, Greenbelt 1, and of course - Makati Cinema Square (now Makati CENTRAL Sqare - no more cinemas anyway). Through the years it got older and emptier, but I still made sure to drop by when I was in the area. I would get a good bowl of hot and sour soup plus a cua pao at Emers, and maybe a donut from Dunkin, peep into Aidas chicken, and visit Booksale.I recently learned there was a new SSS branch at the 2nd floor, where the cinemas used to be. Oh so many changes! The SSS office is brand spanking new, spacious, and service is quick. A small bakery stall selling good bread for P10 is set up between the SSS entrance and my chilhood haunt, the Segunda Mano - still with Tita Carmen at the door. The dance studio is still there, and a new theater/event space is soon to open. There are art galleries, small restaurants, and several food stalls. I love that the food places at the 2F are not chain brands but homegrown businesses. The bigger restos facing Little Tokyo, well, thats another story.The same Jollibee from 30-40yrs ago is still at the upper ground level. There are still tiangges, vinyl record and player shops, and the tactical shops. The interiors are little by little getting cleaner, fresher, and brighter. I hope after all the improvements, it still keeps its individual charm and unique shops, and not follow the generic mold of malls around the city.

The prepper community will appreciate the basement section. Theres an art section on the second floor. Wala syang cinema.

Lots of cheap items, multiple ukay ukays and specialty shops. Currently undergoing renonavtion though and my only disappointment is that the public restroom is closed but there is a pay cr on the 2nd floor with some funny smell.

Need to update building and utilities, location to market not being maximized, sayang ang realty location...

They need all proper protocol policy that gives lighting surrounding area

Most of the gun stores in the NCR are located here and parking is never a problem.

Well theres no Free parking, unless your gonna park infront of McDonald and eat, because the secty gd will ask you where are you going. No problem if your gonna eat at McDo. Then inside Makati Square is the Ukay x2 the grd floor for watch acc., etc. Thats why I rated it ITS OKAY.
