Chicken size is fine. You can always ask for replacement if you want to. Clean bathroom, not crowded. The only thing that bothers us from coming here is the room temperature thats a little bit too hot.

Great service from the staff! Plus, sanitation is taken seriously (wiping down the tables and chairs after patrons leave)

Took forever to bring the food out. We have waited 45 minutes at 8 in the morning when the restaurant was pretty much empty. The food quality is not great.

This is the worst Shakeys store we have ever been to. The service is really bad unlike other Shakeys store. The waiters and kitchen staff were clearly ignoring all the customers and were all just looking at their computer monitors or cleaning tables. When we asked for water 3x, it didnt arrive. We had to personally approach the counter to get water. There were only 4 tables occupied at that time and the store was small so it was impossible to be ignored by the numerous staff. Even the kitchen staff ignored the customers and didnt even bother telling the waiters service is needed. The managers and supervisors were just sitting down and walking around without even looking at the customers. Everybody here is lazy from the manager down to the waiters.

Not really a fan of Shakeys. Had chicken and mojos, pizza and salad. Ordered chowder soup but didnt taste it because it doesnt smell good. Chowder probably became cold and reheated and got spoiled in-between. Chowder soup should be boiling continuosly in slow cooker or in a pot low-fire. :(

Store ambience is great and clean. Thank you to the friendly staff and food arrived on time.

Staff are too lazy. Food is mediocre, cold and small compare to other shakeys store. They are not attentive and they sometimes forgot your order. Even if you told yhem that you are in a hurry they are still unabashedly slow and doesnt care about you. They are also dishonest in a way because they will not give your change when you pay bill and need to go asap.

The security guard was the one who accomodated me, took my order, and served my food. I hope that he gets the pay he deserves

Not too crowded compared to the nearest branch. Nice for private get-togethers and meetings.

Terminal for coupons isnt working. Havent got a discount when super card was presented along with my credit card. Crews lame excuse He doesnt see never going to eat there again.
