As the name of the hotel suggests, it is really a mini suite. For small guest like my wife, you’ll do fine; maybe too small but will do. For bigger/taller guests, you’ll have hard time especially the suite’s comfort room; the space to tight. Bed fits exactly on the niche inside the room, no space to get off from the side.No table and chair if you need to dine inside your room.The aircon blower (at least in our room) will smack your face when sleeping (directly).The staff, on the other hand, makes up a lot. They are very courteous and accommodating.

I can hear people talking in the hallway. Even the sound of water when people are using it (faucet? Shower? ) It’s kinda noisy outside, and even next room, I can hear people talking.The room I stayed was comfortable. I liked the ambiance.There was no vending machine or water refill. The staff were so helpful.

It was generally good. Just a little hard to reach the reception if you need help. I have called a number of times and no one would pick up the phone. I also saw a coach roach in my room

Good place to stay if youre a budget traveler. Staff were really really nice. Location is good because its in Makati. Room cleanliness is my only concern, washroom tiles needs to be scrubbed as there are already molds and scum, the room needs to be dusted well. Youll feel scared because there is a pandemic and youre not sure if your room were really cleaned and sanitized.

Schönes Hotel und freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer sind dem Namen entsprechend, beinhalten aber alles was man braucht. In der Nahen Umgebung findet man ausreichend Restaurants und Geschäfte und es ist sicher.Fitnessstudio und Pool ist sauber

The service of the staff at the recookeption and the concierge is great! They are friendly, but the Customer Service Rep on the phone is not as accommodating. She is assigned in the morning shift. I asked for the WiFi password she gave me the wrong info. I called again and told her it is not working. She said she will reset it. It still did not work. I called again later in the afternoon and spoke with another Rep. This one gave me the right info. I would have rated the service as excellent, except for that one person.

Upon check in at 1400 (mnl time) the line is too long and quite chaotic. You have to be patient long enough to be accommodated in my case I waited for more than an hour. I think the front desk is understaffed or just slow and unmotivated. The interior inside the front desk is modern but compact. The check in process asks for 4,000 bond and refundable upon checking out.The carpark is located at the bottom of the basement (assigned parking for the said hotel) although high speed elevators are provided.The housekeeping provides fresh towels and toiletries everyday.Expect the room to be very cold since it has two cold blowers from the aircon. I like how semi private the comfort room is, because it has a glass walls and frosted parts where you are hidden. The room is cozy and very clean. Great views above the makati skyline.

In the three nights my sheets and towels never changed! No garbage cans and garbage in room not picked up. The staff were great! Will not stay there again!

比較的治安の良いマカティのホテル。一泊2,000円台〜泊まれるのでお得。プール付にしたかったので満足です。コンパクトながら部屋はとてもきれい。USBコンセント、冷蔵庫あり。Showerバスとトイレは別。アメニティは歯ブラシ、バスタオル、タオルのみで、備え付けのボディソープはあります。減点は他の人も書いてあるのだが、チェックインするのに20〜30分は待たされる。Wi-Fiの速度が遅く、YouTubeを見るのは厳しい。アヤラ駅から歩いて20分以上かかる。でも、値段を考えると妥協できるかな。

Très déçu de mon expérience à cette hôtel, réservé avec booking.com, larrivée compliqué, apparemment les couples sont interdit, mais ils accepte juste pour nous, la chambre et pas très grande et mal conçu rien pour poser les bagages, ou ranger les affaires, nous avons beaucoup de bagages en fin de séjour, impossible de marcher sans déplacer quelques choses, dans la douche pareil rien pour poser un savon, aucune explication pour la climatisation, le WiFi et inexistant. Le soir jai eu la visite de la famille de ma femme, je leur prends une chambre pour 2 adultes 2 enfants dont 1 bébé, ils sont arrivés sans bagages sans rien, il y avait une tache violette sur le drap, visiblement elle était là depuis longtemps, lhôtel nous as chargé de 1600 p pour la tâche, en plus ils nont pas eu la délicatesse de ne pas embarrassé ma famille, non ils ont fait ça devant tout le monde, bref plus jamais je remets les pieds ici.

Concierge staff were welcoming and helpful. Check in was a breeze. The Mini Double Room was smaller than expected, but the size was as noted on their website. The two big mirrors helped make it feel bigger than what it really is. It was also clean, and the aircon was nice and quiet. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Great to sleep in and get much needed Zs.Be prepared though to sometimes hear sounds made by guests on either side of your room. I guess the walls are not as thick. Overall, good option for a staycation.

Stayed here for a night as part of our trip. Suites are nice and pool is big. Enough for big groups like us. We had a nice stay.

И вообще не очень, на фотках вообще не те комнаты, заплатили больше денег чем букинг говорил но это ладно, такое бывает у посредников, так на стойке нас снова пытались нагреть на ещё 600 песо, распечатано 4200 он бумажку переворачивает и пишет 4800 типо давайте и говорит по английски это, потом начал давать заднюю типо сейчас пересчитаю, заплатили 4200 и оставили залог о котором никто не предупреждал, а и ещё белье не особо чистое было. Бассейн норм однако ну так чисто для галочки.

Best location for very affordable price. A space saver type of room and very clean. Im mostly impressed how hospitable all the staff are.

The services here is not good. The receptionist are not accommodating and friendly. They are very slow in serving. Yes the facilities are quite new furnished but limited common areas.

Small but clean. And the most important point for me is the very convenient location. Even it rains outside, you still can go to Greenbelt mall directly through the overpass.

Decent hotel located on Dela Rosa St with the walkway on the 2nd floor that a 15 min walk to Greenbelt. Stayed in 2 room types a Mini Double 16 sqm and Smart Deluxe 21 sqm both had similar layouts/styles with comfy beds. My Tip is book your room through the website as it gives the best rates and discounts.

Not advisable to book and stay in The Mini Suites - Eton Tower. Their customer service is really bad, and their facility is dirty. Their facilities appear well in advertisements, but poor in reality. This hotel will just give you discomfort and inconvenience. Better go to other hotels.Very Poor Facility:1. Water heater is dusty and has yellow scales.2. Rooms floor is dusty.3. The tables surface is not clean.4. The telephone is very dirty.5. Light in the toilet area is not working. Calling the building engineer would cause you more inconvenience and hamper you to relax, which would give you burden rather than peace.6. The door of the shower enclosure does not close well, leaving a small gap which causes the water to pass through and flood the floor of the room. You would then have to clean it or call the cleaners which would cause inconvenience. The hotel is not advisable to those who would just want to relax.7. The room smells like smoke8. The vault underneath the bed has a dead fly (this shows poor cleaning and management)9. The frame of the electric outlet detaches when you unplug a device.Poor Customer Service:1. One of the hotel receptionists in the concierge was rugged, arrogant, and very disrespectful in the way she speaks and the way she looks, but there were 2 receptionists who were nice and showed respect to me.2. One of the hotel staff situated in the front desk who escorted me to my room was very narcissistic and disrespectful. He was fixing his hair inside the elevator and when I was telling him something about the room, he just said blablabla and left. Very impolite indeed - a trait that I would not honor3. One of the guards in the entrance was belittling/demeaning. He was very unwelcoming when I came. This guard asked for the proof of my booking in the Mini Suites and when I showed it to him, he said that The Mini Suites was not the hotel where I booked in and that I was wrong, but he was actually looking at the address of the booking company. When he realized that he was wrong, he didnt even say sorry for his disrespectful tone and disrespectful attitude he showed earlier. But even if I was wrong and came to a wrong hotel, it is very improper to belittle someone and to show an arrogant character whether you are a guard or a receptionist or even the owner. Most of the hotel staff in the Mini Suites were unethical, and when you are a person who honors good character and rejects bad character, the Mini Suites will really turn you off and cause you stress.4. I asked for towel replacement and toiletries but the items came after 5hours! I have to call twice in order to receive the items I requested.This hotel does not definitely match their 3-star title. Ive been to other hotels (Novotel and the Century Park) only as one attending a seminar in their place, but their treatment was so special and superb to their guests. Ive also tried other hotels and their services are all well (Holiday Inn, Go Hotels, etc ). Among the hotels Ive been to, The Mini Suites - Eton Tower is by far the worst hotel. I will never book here again.

Room service is good, but the room is not soundproof.

One of the best places Ive stayed while travelling over the past 6 weeks. Exactly as described with excelent and extremely profesional staffing.Check in was fast and easy but the cash deposit of p1000 a night was unexpected. Check out was very fast and the conformation and return of the deposit was nearly inatant.Ill be back again in May and will stay here again. No need to consider any other location.The following are seperate of the mini suites but part of my experiance....Bos coffee shop is great and same as most others locations. The international breakfast place on the second floor and worth a visit. (I cant recall the name but it was good.) The pig pit restaraunt wasnt very impressive. Food just okay, drinks are way overprice ( its Manilla not New York) and trying to sneak a 10% tip onto the bill was not well received.

The staff is humble and supporting. They provided all the support possible during my stay. I would definitely recommend and also stay if I ever visit manila again.

My partner was bitten by bed bugs during the night and the person on reception seemed not to care when she reported it to them. There were also cockroaches in the room.

Cozy room. Quick checking in/out. Walking distance to food stores and malls.The downside is can hear the noise from other room... like some guest next to the room talking loudly or have couple fight, as if your listening on a radio of their life story (hahaha).

Room was clean. building is high. accesible. near to starbucks and other restaurant.

위치가 좋고 그린벨트가 걸어서 1.5km정도 되었다.방의 사이즈가 너무 좁았다.혼자는 묵을수있겠는데 2명은 좁았다.치솔.비누등이 준비되어있지 않았다.건물밖에 편의점 .식당이 있다.

한국인이라면 방크기며 침대 크기며 다소 작게 느끼실겁니다.수영장과 헬스장은 나름 괞찮았으나, 체크인 및 아웃에 시간이 다소 걸립니다. 이제 마닐라도 중국인 천국이 되어가는것 같습니다..몇일 묵었으나 한국인은 본적이 없고 근처 대형몰까지는 걸어서 15분 걸립니다.

很神奇的是...每天的備品都會漏東漏西，都要自己在走廊攔截服務生但他們都是滿懷笑容的服務你因為地點方便也沒什麼可挑剔的就是了

DO NOT CHECK IN HERE! They dont give you receipts and they charge you on parking per hour even though they said its free parking for those who already booked. And it happens on this hotel quite frequently too, just check other reviews. Hope this helps you and if, luckily, some law enforcement read this, they take action about this.

Location - Accessibility is great whether you commute or drive. Free parking as well. You can easily walk around but if you like mall hopping its quite far from greenbelt-glorietta area.Room & Amenities - Complete basics, clean room, clean pool area. My daughter really loved our room even if its small. Although the walls seemed a bit thin as you can eaisily hear your neighbor.Customer Service - Checkin and checkout process took 5-10 mins each. Frontdesk personnel are also nice.Security- I love the fact that you need to use your access card to use the elevator and get to the pool area.Overall our overnight stay was great. I will definitely book a room here again if we have stay in Makati area.

A very affordable and friendly hotel that will give you the best service!

The pictures definitely made the room look larger than it was actually was. The room was not the cleanest and our fridge was warm. Fortunately we didn’t experience having a mouldy smell in our room which our friends on the 11th floor had.

Душ с туалетом не удобные, дверь в туалет все время мучала не закрывалась, входная дверь сломался замок около 40 мин. ремонтировали, а мы сидели под дверью. По чистоте не жалуюсь. Самый большой минус это небыло шифонера, зато шикарная зеркальная стена.
