숙소를 어디를 할까하다가한국인 많은 곳으로할까 아님 다른 곳으로 할까 하다가 찾은 곳입니다. 한국인들 리뷰가 많이 없어서 괜찮은가?했는데 같이가 아가들이 너무 좋아했습니다.저희는 투베드객실 2개를 예약했습니다. 바로 옆에는 있지 못했지만 객실이 넓어서 좋았습니다.엘레베이터는 카드키가 있어야지 탑승가능쇼파도넓고 화상실도 넉넉히있고 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ수영장도 어린이들이 놀수있는 곳이 있고 어른들 풀에 레일까지....너무 마음에 들었습니다.하지만 구석에 약간의 먼지.......흐음......자고나서 쭈글쭈글한이불이랑 수건들이 싹 정리되어있는데 먼지가 쫌있어서....신발신고다녀서 그런가??이거 한가지 빼고 너무 좋았습니다.조식은 간단한 빵이나 과일은 뷔폐식이고 밥이나 오믈렛커피는 주문하면 주셔요. 하지만 빵순이라 샌드위치해먹고빵먹느라 주문은 패스.....ㅋㅋ

An interesting history to this 47 floor hotel. Began life as condos and was taken over two years ago, and is now run as a suites hotel. The rooms when originally created would have been very state-of-art. However, very little has been done to them since, and they show signs of wear and lack of care. At a time of the CoronaVirus, you would think the work surfaces and cupboards and handles that are regularly touched by guests, would be cleaned thoroughly, be they are not. Nevertheless, if you are looking for a one or two bedroom apartment, in one of the safest parts of Manila (Makati) full of shops restaurants, business and nightlife, this location is superb. Because of the size of the building it seems empty, for example they have seven restaurants on one floor the only problem is the floor is like a dungeon deep down in the building and is hardly used and yet they have seven specialty restaurants just sat there? So there is quite a lot wrong with the building but it still does represent quite good value for money. I recommend you book directly with the hotel on their website and I think the rates are very negotiable. They do have a wonderful pool and a dedicated space for children. This establishment would be ideal for long-term stays. The cost of the hotel shuttle to the airport (2,400) is outrageous, so better you get a regular taxi you should pay between 700-1000 PHP Has a very useful supermarket in the basement. Free parking. WI-FI slow.

PLEASE BE WARNED. I had high expectation on this hotel given some of the recent reviews I read. My overnight stay with my family in a 2 bedroom suite deluxe turned out be a nightmare. I had to request sheets/comforters on to be changed as it was dirty with stains and have dead bugs. They provided an extra bed which I slept in and woke up with insect bites in my hand and elbow. The room overall while big is dated, specially the carpet - dirty/stained. This is a 5 star hotel but more like 3.5 to 4 for me. The terrible experience continued when my child got herself locked in, apparently the door lock in the one bedroom is busted. It took about an hour to get her out, they had to drill a hole in the door to unlock it. The rest of the morning was useless as we couldnt all go out of the room as they were cleaning the mess and trying to fix the door. After all this, all they can offer is a 1 pm late checkout, a transportation to the nearby hotel where we are staying next and a future early checkin/checkout on a next visit. Really??? Is that a joke??? And this is a what - 5 star hotel suite?

For a three week stay in Manila the apartment was near to the office and relatively spacious. Negatives were the lack of service at the pool bar, dont have one if you cannot man it, the design of the bathroom needed a lot to be desired.The gym and training areas were amazing. Their was a Rustans supermarket near by so could easily shop, also a good coffee shop called Z00

Nice and comfy 2bedroom apt. Well arrangedClean, spacious apt. Fully furnished and decorated (almost feeling like at home!!!)All facilities available at the location , very convenient. Nice swimming pool side and pool. But you must know how to swim to enjoy the pool coz the pool is deep.

We enjoyed our stay here! We were pleased with how clean the rooms are and overall, hotel. Service was great, amenities was amazing, gym was up to date, and the enough room space for everyone to enjoy! I sure will consider staying here in the future.

Staff and amenities were great. Having a grocery in building and having a washer and dryer in unit was great. Food was not really great. Japanese restaurant had poor service. Overall great place and would be back

Enjoyed staying there for a week in Manila. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Breakfasts are good. Besides swimming pool and gym they have a Library!

Alpha suites is hands down the best property ive stayed at more so then the luxury hotels in manila, All inclusive amenities, kitchen, wash/dryer etc. Clean and inviting. Exceptional staff. Includes a number of restaurants to choose from located in the alpha suites bldg. And grocery store at tge bottom level.

The place was not only beautiful. It was clean, and baby-friendly! I absolutely loved how the staff was very perceptive, anticipating and assisting me and my baby.

Luxurious suite that will accommodate your family.

Our family enjoyed the pool, amenities and breakfast. Overall, very satisfied. We will consider this hotel for our future staycation.

Definitely one of the nicest hotels in makati, though Ive seen most others just from outside. Rooms are mostly like small apartments with a separate bedroom and livingroom including a kitchen with all appliances, even washer and dryer. TEach room has its own air conditioning unit. I was on the 40st floor which gives a great view and suppresses most of the street noise. Facilities are good, used the gym an swimming pool. No working girls in the hotel lobby or bars unless brought by a guest. Breakfast is okay, but not as good as I normally have in these higher range hotels. Staff is friendly and the streets around the complex feel safe at all hours. Only downside is that most nightlife and malls are at least a 10 taxi drive away.

Overall my experience was terrific, however, the major downfall to this property is the accessibility of taxis which was basically nonexistent. Waited for a Grab or taxi for nearly 2 hours and nothing. Had to take the hotel’s shuttle which was 2700 pesos . So if you need to take public transportation while staying at this hotel, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. The Diamond Residences is my recommendation.

Its a complete amenities like gym, spa, cinema studio for private event , swimming pool, basketball court and grocery department just right away when you step out the best location. The rooms are super spacious complete kitchen tools good for families to stay long and short stay in Manila I highly recommended this hotel with good hospitality service

Five star property which we stayed in twice during a visit to the Phillipines. Clean apartments and well maintained common areas. There is an attached mall to the hotel with a grocery store, food court, hair salon etc. In addition there is a 7-11 within 100 feet of the lobby entrance and quite a lot of restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Most of Makati is withing a 30 minute walk which is actually significant when traffic is gridlocked. Special thanks to Mr. San Juan the front desk supervisor who helped me print boarding passes and answered all my questions.

Alpha Suites made our stay as great as anyone could’ve imagined. Their treatment was beyond a 5-star hotel service. They treat you as a family and you are the priority. Thank you all from Arvy, Charmaine (receptionists) to the manong guards in the parking lot for being personable. And lastly, thank you to Ninebeth, Jaimie, and the rest of the housekeeping staff for their assistance and making our little home, 27D, clean and orderly. The hotel looks ok and the rooms look ok but the service is some of the worst I have experience and I travel 30 weeks a year. Every time u needed to interact with the staff your blood pressure starts to raise, no one whats to assist and bounces u around thats just the start. House keeping didnt do a complete job during our stay, things missing from the room it takes u an hours to get the anything. Restaurants at best are only just passable service indifferent to bad. To top it all off we paid a cash deposit and where given some counterfeit bills when we checked out. My advise is dont stay here unless you enjoy bad service

Nice interiors, though they lack additional linen as i slept only with a towel as kumot. But then i could have requested additional kumot from them.

Rooms are larger than normal. Well equipped. Mine had complete full size washer and dryer.

The room is spotlessly clean and has a homey vibe. Has an excellent location and friendly staff.

昨年建てられたので、部屋と設備はきれいでした。しかし、シャワーはお湯が出なかったので、水を浴びました。その後、フロントデスクに連絡すると、修理スタッフが1時間以上後に来て、応答が非常に遅くなりました。また、タオルを交換するのに約30分待たなければなりませんでした。朝食の種類はほとんどありません。前日、私はコンラッドに滞在したので、あまりにも大きな違いがありました。次はありません。

That’s the best 5 star hotel I found in Makati.Their rooms are decorated with supreme furnitures and housewares.The room was very spacious with so many shelves and hidden cabins to put all my stuff.And my special thanks to Ms. Angelica the general manager at the lobby and she is soooo helpful and accommodating. I had some delivery via Lalamove while I’m out of office, and I messaged her if she can help meet the driver and guide him to the designated parking lot and call the concierge to help move my luggages up to my room.She accommodated everything so smoothly.I can’t expect more.Also I would like to thank one of the concierge guy Mr. Raymond who is also involved with helping me with my luggage drop off and moving up to my room.I’ll recommend to all my friends who plan to stay in Makati.

Ive been hotel hopping in Makati during my 5 wk trip in the Philippines to find the best places to stay. Alpha Suites declares itself as a 5 star hotel, but in my honest opinion, its more of 4 stars. The staff are all excellent, no complaints there. The front desk graciously allowed us to check in early, as I didnt remember the correct check-in time is 2pm. Everyone is always friendly, smiling & willing to go out of their way to help you. The location isnt w/in a comfortable walking distance to restaurants or shopping, so there isnt a shortage of amenities available, in house. Theres a pharmacy, few stores (its under construction) & budget friendly food options, all located in the Alphaland Makati Place, which is accessible via the ground floor, through an adjacent corridor (that passes by the hotels office). Rustans supermarket, on the lower level is SUPER convenient. Prices are very reasonable. I was happy to find their liquor section had ample choices. We also ended up cooking a few nights since their fresh foods are irresistible. It was a joy to cook in the kitchen as the electronics (especially the stove) are user friendly & kitchen tools-pot, pan, rice cooker, etc., basically everything you need, is at hand. The granite countertop is very pretty. I also noticed the lamps on the nightstands in the room had granite elements (fancy!). There is an in-unit washer/dryer, & that was one of the main reasons why I chose this property. Everything you need to feel at home is at your disposal. Appliances are Smeg & Electrolux. Air conditioners are LG inverter V models. These are considered high end in the US, where Im from. The automatic retractable shades system, Blum soft close drawers, touch push cabinets mechanisms in the kitchen, drop down TV in the living room area, modern furniture & furnishings, cove lighting, etc., are all a nice touch. And when we didnt feel like cooking, (which was many times), there are 9 themed restaurants & bars on the 4th & 6th floors. We enjoyed the food at all of them, especially Balesin. The gym facilities are clean and modern. The pool area is impressive to look at. Everything in this hotel is clearly all high end. There was a LOT of money poured into this building. This is why I cant understand where this hotel failed. Its like encountering a beautifuI woman, but she has bad breath. Ive stated the good & now Ill share why I dont feel this is a 5 star hotel. When we came in on the 1st day, there was a mildew scent that we noticed when we turned down the air conditioner since the initial temp was too cold for us. Also, when I opened the cabinet underneath the kitchen sink (to throw out my trash), there was a sewage stench that eminated so I told everyone not to open it. I also forgot to mention, that as gorgeous as the lobby is, there was a strong smell of sh*t, as soon as you walked in. I just attributed this to a fertilizer application for the greenery in front, but noticed the same smell the next 2 mornings when I went down. I should have taken this as an omen but I paid in advance for this room through Agoda (there are no refunds, so I will just stick it out & continue to update as to the reasons why this isnt a 4 star hotel) After the house keeping came in from the first time, the funky smells in our room were thankfully eliminated. The carpet in the bedrooms need to be ripped out. They are old, stained, stinky & I always made sure to wear slippers. The bathrooms were nice, but upon closer inspection, there is dust and cobwebs in crevices that are visible. The grout needs to be thoroughly cleaned, since mildew has taken residence & discolored it. When you shower, the drain isnt very good at collecting so over 1cm of water will pool at your feet. I have to wear H2O shoes bc Im not confident about the cleanliness of the shower floor &especially since theres so much water at your feet while showering. If using the toilet, make sure theres at least 5 mins in between uses, as it takes rather long for the bowl to fill up. There are drain flies as another reviewer stated

Everything is great, the only con about this place is there’s no AC in the elevator (you don’t wanna get stuck in the there) and each hallway going to the room.

The room itself is neat and comfortable also the staff is very kind and good. But the door of our room is not okay because it cant close and the aircon of the 2nd room is not functioning so we need to call the front office to fix it.

I am so glad I chose The Alpha Suites over the eight other hotels and serviced apartments I was considering for our stay last week / Mothers Day weekend! I booked their 3 Bedroom Suite and it truly felt like home to all of us - 6 adults and 1 child! They werent kidding when they said they have a Full-size and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and other top-of-the-line appliances! Their black and white kitchen is simply stunning and super functional, complete with a Smeg induction stove, two-door, full-size Electrolux refrigerator, wine chiller, even floor lights! Even though they had no bathtubs, all the bathrooms were beautifully designed, especially the Masters bathroom with its double sink and circular shower area! We were amazed how they maximized the space - there was a floor-to-ceiling shoe cabinet, extremely spacious dresser and cabinets all over the place - there was even space for a mini-refrigerator in the Masters bedroom! Convenience is literally at your fingertips, thanks to their home automation system that allows you to raise or lower the blinds and turn on or off the AC and lighting in the living and dining+kitchen area, as well as lift or hide the TV in the living room area with just one click of a button! Their staff provided us first-rate service and showed compassion when we complained about the noise caused by a local politicians pre-election concert that lasted until past 10 pm on our first night (we were on the 31st floor and our walls and windows were vibrating, so yes, it was really loud) and they offered to move us to another room. Best of all, they accommodated our request for late check-out (5 pm) for FREE! The complimentary breakfast was plated, but there was a buffet selection of breads, jams and fruits, plus egg station. My daughter (as well as her nanny) and nephew loved their pool (3 pools with 3 different depths), my mother felt relaxed after her complimentary massage (part of the Mothers Day package I got), and my husband, brother, and nephew enjoyed lounging in the comfy and large living room couch while watching NBA and bonding over wine, cheese and cold cuts. If there is any point of improvement I can give, it would be to hire more staff (we had a bit of a difficult time looking for staff to assist us with our pool towels, and when we mistakenly gave our room card key to other members of our group, leaving the rest of us with no way to access the elevator and go up to our room). For a new luxury serviced apartment (they just turned one year according to their concierge), The Alpha Suites really impressed us with the functional and elegant design of our suite, and their amazing service. In my humble opinion, basing on our experience last weekend alone, they have raised the standard of what a luxurious staycation experience should be. Thank you so much Alpha Suites!

Nice place, nice clean neat room, but small tv & ac was very good. oven, boiler, rice cooker, microwave, washing machine & drying machine available in the room, the swimming pool big & well decorated, BF was just fine.. Not alot of option, location is not that lively.. But good.. u ll find 7/11 store, restaurants 4th floor, & supermarket in B1. Staff were friendly & helpful. Value for money is guaranteed, most likely u ll not find room with that spacious at the same price.. For sure this hotel in my list if i come back again.
