We stayed at 5 hotels during our 3 week Philippines adventure including a couple of the best 5 star locations in Manila. Through their fantastic room design and impeccable customer service Citadines Salcedo ranked right at the very top in terms of comfort, convenience and customer service. This was our second stay at this location and certainly will not be the last. From the time we entered until the time we checked out, the super friendly and caring employees treated us like family. The apartments are very well designed with plenty of storage and they even included a large 3-gallon water dispenser, instead of the usual 2 plastic 16 oz. bottles you find with the competition. They truly are green-minded. We really look forward to staying here again on the next trip. Thank you Citadines team!

Probably one of the best hotel experiences I have had. The staff in all areas are excellent and having stayed in a one bedroom apartment for three weeks I can also say the service is maintained.An excellent pool area, with a good gym also laundry facilities if you wish to do it yourself. Of course a full laundry service is available if needed. In room massage also available. Located a 15 minute walk from the impressive Greenbelt mall you can shop till you drop.. plenty of restaurants etc. Also 24 hour fast food is a short walk away from the hotel should you wake up feeling hungry..The 1 bedroom apartment is excellent, solid WiFi and cabled ethernet are provided. The kitchen area will allow for simple cooking. Abundant supply of bottled drinking water is also provided. Some photos of the breakfast dishes also attached.If I am ever in need of accommodation in Makati this will be my first choice.

這裡是公寓式酒店，附有廚房可以煮菜，而且門禁管理相當完善，住客必須透過刷卡才能上到被指定的樓層。九樓有微無邊際游泳池及健身房，酒店旁都有平價餐廳和美式餐廳，對面就是一個購物中心，不過超市很小間，附近也有大公園。最大的缺點是房間內淋浴間的熱水忽冷忽熱！

Havent been here for a number of years and it seems they are better than before. Decent facilities with breakfast that you order out of a breakfast menu.

Super nice staycationing hotel, their room are so nice and the ambiance was so relaxing, has free breakfast... very quiet place, recommended for Christmas party etc.

I stayed for 16 days in this hotel for my stringent quarantine, the place is clean & staff are nice. However, I have lots of false information that was provided during my stay. It did not met my expectation as a guest instead I was treated like a prisoner locked down with no fresh air & sunlight. I was not allowed to order or deliver food from outside & was only allowed to order in thier restaurant with only 10 choices of menu. I had to complain so that my needs will be heard. I just hope they will improve on providing the needs of their guest healthy lifestyle during their stay too.

Hotel service was as expected for the price you pay for. Location is neat, just a few minutes walk to major malls such as glorietta and greenbelt and to the Ayala triangle gardens, which are fun places to hang out and shop.

Stayed here for two weeks whilst on a business trip.Decently sized flat (1 bedroom deluxe) equipped with two TVs (one for the living area, one for the bedroom).The house-keeping was excellent and the wifi was reasonably effortless to connect to. There were several amenities included, such as a razor for shaving and various soaps. Water bottles was supplied, two per day. Perfect for the hot climate when travelling back and forth the hotel and the office.On the ninth level theres a pool, smoking area and gym. The gym and pool is open 06:00-22:00 while the smoking area is open 24/7.Breakfast had a fixed menu of some 15 different items.The entrance housed a drug sniffing dog and a metal detector.Ill include a a couple of photos of the view from my 10th floor flat.

Leuk en goed gesitueerd hotel in makati. Vriendelijke bediening en mooie ruime kamers. Heerlijke bedden. Ruime badkamer. Lekker uitgebreid ontbijt aan tafel geserveerd. Goede ligging voor te shoppen. Dichtbij vele restaurants.

Nice room. I stayed one bedroom. Spacious and clean. Breakfast is very nice in A La Carte style. Starbuck and convenience stores are just few steps away. Pool is small but good to have.

Clean and great location. The pool is also nice wouldve been perfect with a great view but you only see nearby buildings.

~☆~One of the principal objectives of my reviews are to help the Muslim travellers, especially women, get a better understanding of the facilities offered by different hotels around the world~☆~I stayed here for 6 fabulous nights. The location is very strategic, especially for me as it was only 7/8 minutes’ walk to and from the work, 2 minutes to the ‘halal’ place (Persia Grill) I preferred to dine at, or the currency exchange and 2 minutes to the convenience stores (Mini Stop and 7-eleven). The best part about Citadines Salcedo Makati was that the staff were extremely helpful, cordial and overall polite in their conduct. The housekeeping service was also very satisfactory – I would always find the apartment clean after long days at work, which was truly satisfying. I appreciate most lovingly the ‘get well soon’ kit that the staff arranged for me. When you feel unwell, away from family, these small gestures really means a lot. The standard suit had a water bidet in the toilet, so it’s most convenient for muslim travellers. With growing numbers of Muslim businesspersons and international officials visiting Manila, it would be extremely helpful if the restaurant downstairs (the Flying Pan) can offer some value for money halal dishes, especially for breakfast.

Rooms are clean. Service is very good. Having breakfast at their restaurant everyday morning.

One of the service apartment I stayed for business trip. Staff are very humble and listen to each and every request. Flying pan restaurant downstairs provides healthiest breakfast. Room is equipped with all essentials like wifi, fridge, small kitchen etc. Salcedo park and Ayala triangle garden are good to spent time and for jogging and walking.

Ive stayed in Citadines Salcedo Makati for many weeks for a work assignment. They always treated me very well, the rooms are great and have a home feeling and the pool area with the jacuzzi is also very pleasant. I even had my birthday at the property and when I got to the room around 23pm after a long day of work I had a little surprise waiting for me. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel! Salamat!

This is a beautifully maintained hotel with kitchen facility in each room. One can enjoy preparing their own food with local grocery shop nearby. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The swimming pool can be used till 10 pm. Apart for all this, they do not have much option in breakfast menu. There rooms with breakfast does not have a buffet. They generally allow you to opt for two dishes from there menu if two of you are in a room with any cold drinks along. I feel they can improve on their breakfast menu.

The professionalism of the staff are of the highest level. The room is always sparkling clean. The security is top grade. I always feel at home when I arrive for my business trips. Very nice people who I like to call my friends!

The Unit is very nice. On a smaller scale but modern and comfortable. Only, elevator can be slow and not enough space for a big group. Can get crowded, and so is the parking of the building. But employees are very nice and polite. Wifi connection for 3 devices are strong. The banana bread and the ensaimada were delicious as their welcome food in the lobby.

The best apart hotel experience we had, so far. Not just clean but squeaky clean, down to earth staffs and the best location in Makati for business trips and leisure. I am grateful to choose Citadines in Makati.

Best hotel I have stayed at in terms of hospitality. Everyone was corteous and will really make you feel welcomed. From the guards to the cleaners, everyone has a genuine smile on their face and are happy to help.

This apart hotel is wonderful. It is not overly posh nor pretentious. Apartment is very clean and smells nice. Staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this property. I will definitely stay here again.

Nicely designed, well though out spaces. Separate Bedroom, bath, and kitchenette/living area. Floor to ceiling windows with great views and light.The mattress is rather firm, but comfortable. We have previously stayed around Makati, but never here before. What a pleasant surprise!

This was the most enjoyable place I have stayed in Manila. The staff was excellent, the facilities were good and the room was great. The area had plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be back.

Perfetta location per chi lavora a Makati e vicino anche agli shopping centre. Stanze con cucina, moderne e ben organizzate. Ottima colazione nel ristorante. Il servizio di reception è molto qualificato.

部屋は大変広く、掃除が行き届いて清潔です。アメニティも充実していて、不自由がないです。部屋は静かで眺めもよく、短期で過ごすにも、長期で過ごすにも大変快適に過ごせます。職員の方は大変親切で段差があるところは必ず注意してくれ、ホテル入り口のドアも開けてくれます。さりげない優しさが大変嬉しいです。朝食は隣のFlying Panで好きなメニューを注文する仕組みです。どれも美味しいので、選ぶのに迷います。立地は大変よく、ホテルの裏にはサルチェドサタデーマーケットが開催されていて、カフェやレストランが周りに複数あります。アヤラトライアングルからも近いですし、マカティーの中心部にも歩いて5分以内につきます。ぜひまた泊まりたいと思いますし、マニラに行かれる方にオススメのホテルです。

I regularly use this place. Great quality for the price one pays. Service is good except twice they forgot to bring extra towels that was requested.

This was a last minute add on to my trip to China. Most of the “nicer” hotels were full. I booked this room as we sat on the tarmac in China. I don’t have a single complaint. Hands down the best staff I’ve ever been around. Very nice people. Your employees are the face of your business and this location has their staff dialed in. Highly recommend this property!

Nice place to stay in Makati. Super helpful staff at the reception. The food from their flying pan restaurant is good.The reason for 4 stars is that their breakfast menu is set and not a buffet, so you really cannot mix and match the food you want to eat. And, though a outlier, i had to wait for a cup of hot milk and when it came my tea got cold. I had to remind them several times. Which is a bit non professional.Other than that Im super happy with everything else.

Let me start with how amazing and helpful staff that this hotel has. From the minute we checked in to the time we checked out, the staff were there to make sure that we were taken care of. The room where we stayed, #2005, was big enough for us two. Great comfy bed, clean and a nice view of Makati. Location cannot be beat ! Accessible and easy to navigate even for a first time in Makati. Love this hotel and definitely recommend it.

Nice clean rooms, and enough space to be comfortable. Rooms have a small kitchen that is equipped and a good range of TV channels. The whole experience is let down by a very average breakfast which is chosen from a list... No buffet. Convenient location only 20 minutes walk to greenbelt. Good value for money overall, and I would go back.

Located in heart of the city with clean and quiet room to stay. Breakfast can be improved especially with more selection; but in general served with good quality. Not far from airport and easy to get around. Various food and restaurants all around with reasonable price.

Its clean hotel and located in heart of Makati. The staff were very nice and helpful. I would have give them 5 star but because their breakfast was absolutely awful and terrible test. There is no buffet where you can choose and eat, its based on a menu. I just left my food and went outside for a better choice.

Stayed here in preparation for my early hospital stay, so I am near MMC. Upgraded and given a corner room. Excellent check-in procedure, fast and no-fuss. Am picky about bathrooms so that was my first review point. They are using Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries so superb for this area. Towels are clean, soft and stain-free. Another plus! Breakfast selection was extensive however, only bummer was there were flies and the counter wait staff was too busy flirting with the trainees.

Their room is good. Their services are also good, cant complain anything about them.

Awsome place to stay in Makati at a central location. Would love to have check out times in respect of flight schedules for International guests staying at the hotel. Otherwise I would be happy to come back and stay on my next visit to Manila.

Not truly impressed from this hotel.Staff are very friendly; thats a plus point.However from the lobby it starts going down hill fast. Room was too small for the price and amenities were severely lacking.Breakfast was ok but boring after a few days. Would not recommend anything from the menu after breakfast and certainly not from room service. We tried dining in the restaurant but left when the menu was so poor. We did order from the room service; pizza was like cardboard and tastelessThe pool was a poor show too with a very overbearing attendant on shift, kids couldnt enjoy themselves.Oh and theres no kind of service at the pool; if you want a coffee or anything have to go out to the local shops to get one.Wouldnt return to this hotel. .

Had a surprisingly pleasant experience. I didnt expect it to be good. Stay was for 2 days and experience was good. It was an official trip stay. Breakfast had some interesting options as well. Overall a pleasant stay. I would recommend it to anyone.

I expected nothing when we came here, but I was blown away on how great this was. Great rooms, great service, great pool, great jacuzzi, great gym, great attitudes and everything is great about this hotel. It blew me away. Even if I probably had some expectations I would still be surprised quadruple the amount I had anticipated. Amazing hotel.

Excellent hospitality from staff... Loved my stay. Only negative is rooms dont have ventilation for fresh air.

So I was at the hotel lobby waiting for my friends to pick me up, Ive been sitting there for almost 20mins. And then this guard came up to me, ask me to go and just wait outside the hotel. I was like really? Lol im a guest!!! The hotel lobby is huge and nobody is there. Salcedo Makati your guards are terrible.

Wasnt bad, but wouldnt be back.-edit.No! I confused it with other hotel.This is the nicest hotel we stay in Makati among other 3 hotels with same class. Love the team and all professional. Good breakfast as well. Lovely layout of the room. Gym could have been bigger.

Lift delivery passengers fast to the floor.Breakfast package limit to only 1 menu selection, mostly western style. Waitress too many but they are not focus on the order message. Room wise, it standard service apartment. It has rain shower. Request for amenities and laundry pick up in the morning is taking ages. However the front desk team very professional and guest handling is a breeze.

Clean quiet rooms, great swimming pool and gym, and good location walking distance away from bar area, business centers, parks and shopping malls

A very nice hotel, people working there are very helpfull. I have been in this hotel 4 or 5 times .. i ususally visit Philippines for my official work and i use to stay for 2 monts or so .. i always choose this hotel only for 2 main reason.1. Hotel staff is very much supportive.2. This is the only hotel in manila which gave me inbuilt kitchen so that i can cook my food incase i dont want to eat outside.I really love the staff as they are very humble and gentle.
