Cool place to stay. Malapit lang sa mall, of course. And ang babait ng staff. Masarap ang buffet!!!

Checked in for an overnight stay and had a pleasant experience. Its location is very convenient as it is in close proximity to Ayala Center Makati. The room was tidy and had a modern design. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of choices. The hotel staff was warm and attentive. The place is a bit small and unlike the bigger hotels in Makati but it is a practical alternative for the business traveller or backpacker who will be in Makati for a few days.

My partner and I stayed here since shes attending a conference nearby. My plan was to stay in and do some work while shes gone. But the place is too small and it feels cramped when you work in their nice room desk for hours, especially since we were placed in a room without windows. Also, the room is surprisingly not that acoustically prepared since we can hear noises clearly (i.e. full normal-decibel conversations) so of course the other room can hear you, too. Thats the only disappointing part of this stay (no window and noise) but aside from that, its a good experience if you dont plan on hanging out inside the room and just use it as a sleeping place (not a staycation). Theres a small ref without a freezer so thats a plus (not all hotels have this). Theres a 7-11 across it and you can also have the option to order food for delivery (they allow it). Walking distance from the Greenbelt commercial area with restos and cafes to choose from so thats also a plus. The staff is very courteous and helpful so thats definitely a plus. The buffet is not as extensive as the one in Ortigas of course but its relatively okay and consistent with their brand.

Astoria greenbelt is located at Arnaiz ave San lorenzo sts in makati..it gives u the amenities that you need..just a block away and few mins walk to greenbelt park and malls..welcomes you with a glass of lemonade..comes with free breakfast accommodation and free room wifi..just be sure to come not in your sleep wears for your breakfast since they dont allow this..printed in their meal tickets..only a 5 story hotel unlike its main plaza ortigas br thats a 25 story hotel..the staff are very courteous and we were assisted in our baggage to and from the car..experience elegant and modern hotel living close to the heart of makati..

A very beautiful hotel.clean and the service is great. Can not complain about the breakfast buffet. Wide variety of choices. The service can be commended, in fact it os brilliant. Free luggage storage facility is amazing. There is a drug store, bank, lbc and few 7/11s in walking distance. It is very close to center of Makati as well. Brilliant little cozy hotel. Well worth the money.

This is an excellent business / 3 star hotel in a prime location in Makati near malls. restaurants and other amenities. Rooms are clean, staff are very courteous and customer service oriented, and the breakfast buffet is amazing. Nothing bad to say about the hotel. Rooms are small - but that is to be expected in such a high demand neighborhood.

As always, I had a great stay..Sadly I need to check out earlier as expected....All hotel staff assigned in dining area are all friendly and accomodating. I Luv the breakfast too!Receptionists are all OK.probably newA little smile will make a great improvement though.We always stay here each time I travel back to Phil. Location is great for late shopping a day before boarding a plane. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient at their tasks. The room is small as advertised and clean. Breakfast is nutritious with a lot of choices. The price is appropriate.

The hotel its self was very clean. However be aware that there are several different levels of PRESTIGE rooms. So if your booking based on the description and photos, beware!! They tried putting me in a smaller PRESTIGE room, when asked about it, they claimed that they are the same. THEY ARE NOT. The bed was terrible, it was so hard on my back, every morning I woke up feeling like I got run over by a bus or something. The included breakfast buffet was okay. Selection was minimal, some pastries, western favorites like pancakes, bacon, waffles, then local fare that kind of repeats itself if youre there for more than a couple of days. The service was great though, they really tried hard to make your stay pleasant. The location was very convenient to Greenbelt mall and Glorietta mall. So many convenient places to eat in the area. The bathroom is TINY, the first room they tried to put me in, if you had to use the toilet, you had to sit sideways on it, it was so close to the shower your shoulder actually touches the shower door, so again be aware of that issue. The shower is narrow. Im 61 and standing normally in in the shower facing the shower head, both of my shoulders touched the shower door and the wall. I felt like Gulliver in Lilliput. It is a fine small boutique hotel for short stays. I would stay again, just make sure you ensure you get the larger room.

This is a gem of a hotel the staff are so pleasing and helpful. Because we where long staying guests they upgraded our room free of charge and gave us Netflix as a bonus. The staff know you by your name in a nice friendly way and always knew they way I wanted my eggs done in the morning. This is a hotel we will be returning to, and if you prefer a friendly quaint hotel rather than a big, anonymous, international chain, youe should give them a go.

Overall great hotel in prime location of Makati...breakfast iz superb ....the lobby is also quite modern...one big problem is parking as there is place for only 3 vehicles....but its close to airport so I preferred it quite a lot as u can reach airport in 30 mins even in worst traffic.

Location is great and the staff are extremely friendly. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. The only complaint is that our room had no natural light as our windows immediately faced the side of another building.Overall a great stay.

ME and my husband availed our free 3D2N stay as a member.Our whole stay was awesome. The staff were very accommodating as well as the guards on duty and the driver.We had our great stay!!!!

Friendly staff and conveniently located for flight layovers as its very near to the airport. Also the breakfast was delicious and way above our expectations! A fast but enjoyable stay!

The location is close to shops and restaurants and the hotel has an excellent restaurant as well. Staff are wonderful and friendly. Easy to walk to Greenbelt and Glorietta malls.

Stayed there one night before departing early morning from Manila next day. Comfy, quiet, clean, ordered room service, had AMAZING sinigang with shrimp (spicy brothy soup). Great stay.

All things considered and taken into account, the place is excellent. I like that its a small hotel which means not too crowded nor busy. The staff and guests ratio is just perfect. No queues and well attended.The imperfections can be ignored because of the kindness and attention you are given by the staff.

Great mall, lovely shops for upscale shopping, very clean, something for everyone. And the aircon is a much needed refresher to escape the heat. The whole area has plenty of places to eat and relax, a movie theater, a scenic park.

The hotel is very conveniently located, close by the Greenbelt Mall complex. The two downsides for us were the very small bathroom and the fact that the room had no windows. I believe this hotel has no rooms with windows.Cleanliness of the rooms was good and efficiency of check-in staff was also good. Poor selection of tv channels. Good breakfast.

Excellent smaller hotel in the Makati Greenbelt area. Hotel is close to a variety of restaurants and shopping; very convenient to the airport. It is also very clean and comfortable. I departed early for the airport before breakfast, but the staff provided a packed breakfast option. I will stay again.

They put me in a room where there is a renovation going on above me. Its so noisy and banging the ceiling coz they are removing tiles. They put me in another room which has no renovation noise but has a very noisy air condition. The room is very small and furniture are cheap. The bathroom needs more lights. The only good thing that I can say about this hotel is that they have amazing breakfast and staff are really nice. I will never book again coz I want rooms that I can sleep well.

Boutique hotel it is. If your itinerary is at Greenbelt area, no other place youd rather be.

The food, service, snd cleanliness is ok. But it is difficult to get rest. You can hear the movements outside the room, and cleaning amd moving in other rooms.

Location wise the hotel is ok, staffs are nice and accommodating.

First of all I noticed and liked the ambiance of the place. I like the location wherein it is just a walking distance to shopping from high-end to mediocre shops, restaurants, sitting outside the cafes watching people go by. Whenever we came home, the guard is so attentive of stopping the traffic for us to be able to cross the street - that was so thoughtful and alert to the clients who stays in the hotel.

The room we got has no view. Bathroom is small. The bathroom door keeps hitting the towel rack (which by the way is placed really high). Breakfast buffet is okay.

Staff was nice, rooms was clean but small. Breakfast was adequate, good airconditioned room but the wifi was difficult 1st day i got there.

If I could rate a no star Ill do it! Been in the astoria plaza and this astoria greenbelt is such a disappointment. Parking space is so small, No bellboys, no cart, elevator is so damn small. I dont recommend this place for your vacation (for members) and dont come here with your family from 5members up, youll regret it. The room is so small i couldnt breath. No plates for your food, tv is so small. I think this place was built just to show that theres a astoria property in this area. Wrong move astoria.
