Gov tama ka ang sarap nga dito. Hindi overated like what some think. Sulit. Masarap. Better than that tsuta in bgc na, partida, michelin star pa tapos hindi naman masarap. If you want ramen then you come to ramen nagi!
Sarap
Very nice ramen. Good place to eat.But as some other reviews claimed - is it better than Mendokoro? Hmmm, not even close. The food here is tasty, the different ramens are nice. It is a more modern and customizable variation of ramen. Their tonkotsu is quite nice. But, the side dishes (fried chicke, cheesy pork wraps, etc), which are nice by their own right, just dont mix as well with the ramen. It is like eating a pasta with falafel. This shows the place is a more of a restaurant than a ramenya, and the location in a shopping mall makes sense for it. This is probably the best meal in the Ayala center.I like this place and will come again for sure, but when I want the best, purest ramen, that is truest to the art form, with the most amazing, soft and mind blowing charsiu I ever tasted.. I dont need to think twice. Mendokoro it is.
Friendly staff. One of the best ramen restaurants in the city. If youre here for the food then be reminded that you will be sitted to whatever table available so you might be sitting beside a stranger. If you dont mind, then youre up for a treat! I would recommend their original (Butao) king. Another tip is make the firmness of your noodles, hard. Once its served, it will be just right plus it adds texture to your ramen.
Their ramen is my favourite in Metro Manila. You can customize your ramen in terms of richness, special sauce, garlic, thickness of noodles, level of spiciness, and toppings, but I suggest you try the Chefs recommendation first. Their Butao (the original or classic ramen) is the best for me because of the broth and it is most spicy when customized as compared to their other ramen choices. Red King is automatically at Level 5 but the spiciness is quite alleviated by the sweetness of the tomato something at the middle of the bowl; it was my favourite before I tried the Butao . Black King is also very good and rich in taste. It is quite sweet but delicious. Make sure to ask for a bib if you dont want to get messy after eating. Green King, on the other hand, has an herb aroma, which I think is because of the basil. It was also good but I stick to the usual. Their sides are also good but the Pork Katsu Roll is a favorite.
Very good basic ramen for first timers like me!
If I want to spend a little, I’ll spend some cash at a good ramen place like Ramen Nagi. Absolutely delicious ramen (I prefer hard/ al dente noodles) with rich broth that I just love slurping when I’m done with the noodles. Love to eat out here with my friends who work nearby. Acoustics aren’t the best though. But still, the entire dining experience at Ramen Nagi is *chef’s kiss*
Awesome Staff! Highy recommended.
450 peso after tax and service charge for 1 bowl of ramen
Original Kung level 3 spicey. Average ramen.
Excellent homemade noodles and Ramen. Perfect for rainy season
I love the ramen and place and servers are good. Reasonable prices.
Its a ramen. Nothing special but the service was great.
The ambiance and the food were nice.
They definitely serve delicious Japanese Ramen for a steep price, but worth it.
Butao is the way to go is you are into classic thick broth ramen. You can customize your ramen based on preference or go with the chefs recommendation. Pro Tip: birthday celebrators get buy 1 take 1 Butao.
Good almost as good as ramen in Japan
Im not actually a ramen fan but because of my brother who love to watch naruto who became addicted to japanese ramen, I tried eating it and it was really great specially the meat but sadly they wont let you get any take home food
My first time to try their ramen.I ordered the Original king. I liked the natural taste of chicken broth and the tenderness of the pork belly coated with sweet sauce. The noodles was so good.Over all I enjoyed it and wont hesitatate to try their other ramens.
Awesome selection of ramens, perfect size bowls and wonderful gyozas.
It is a very nice restaurant with a friendly staff.
Great ramen. Lively environment.
Its the first ramen place i tried in Makati. Delicious food, good service!
My fave ramen. #greenkingforever
