Food is great but my god. THEIR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!! You have to wait 1hr before your 1st dish comes out with 20 minute interval in between succeeding dishes!

I got mixed experience. I always visit the place whenever going to the Indonesian embassy. When there is slow and low of people in the place the food and service is alright. The food size is just right, the price range is medium to high.But when its packed with people and some on the queue, the service falls apart. My desk was not cleaned properly, they just remove the leftover from previous customer, left the cleaning tools at the desk without using them as if asking me to do the cleaning. I sit then wait for several minutes to get my order.The waiter warned me that it will take 20 minutes to get my food. I ordered rendang meal pack, es kampur, and bottled water. The rendang arrive 20 minutes after I ordered, 10 minutes later the es kampur arrived, and after I finished both I waited for about 15 minutes then decide to pay and grab my bottled water from the cashier counter as I see no sign of water going my way.

Food is really good, most of it anyway, 3 beers for 149 is a good happy hour, some service is great, others aggressively bad. When we got there, the greeter gave us a menu and stood there agressively asking what we wanted, we said come back with our beers and then we will order.After a while, we had to flag down a waitress to get our beers, never saw the agressive greeter again, she disappeared. We ordered Chicken, beef Rendeng, and an appetizer, satay. Over the next 20 minutes, we got the beef Rendeng, 5 minutes later the chicken, 5 minutes later the rice, and last,after almost 20minutes, the starter, the appetiser.Dont restaurants know that the appetiser comes first?I highly recommend the chicken, very very good

Looks to be authentic Indonesian food. I liked the beef Rendang which was good for 2 but be warned that it is super spicy - waiter explaining that spices cannot be adjusted. Also enjoyed the appetizer pangsit udang which is like a dumpling and did not fall short of fillings. It was crispy and tasty.I would want to go back to try their satays and martabak (savory pancake) and other Indonesian dishes that Im not familiar with. They had a mixed plate which would have been nice to order so I could try several dishes.Service is good and waiters are attentive.
