Ordered the BFF Bundle for Php1,195. It was okay but the porkchop was a bit dry, the fish n chips were a bit stale, but the pasta is good.Im wondering, most restaurants will say that theres a 15 to 20-minutes waiting time for the food to be cooked. But when they serve it, its not hot as it should be...

So, most restaurants now make you scan a QR code to get into the restaurant and another code to place your own order.That is also the case with Fridays. To add to the absurdity... No greeter, one server, one kitchen worker, 1 management type doing not much.Wait for food is approximately 40 minutes with 5 tables filled.Menu also says they will charge you for tableware, we will see.Prices should be reduced 20% to compensate for lack of service and waiting time.

TGIF at Makati is vibrant. Very good service of the server here. Family friendly.

Ok everyone - This TGI Fridays is located on the 3rd floor of GLORIETTA 3 in the mall. This is NOT the location at Greenbelt 3. For some reason many of you are posting photos from Greenbelt 3 when the marker is clearly showing that this one is in Glorietta 3.We sometimes eat here during our visits in Makati because we know what we usually want.Nacho chips and salsa (Free): Didn’t bother getting a photo of this. Basic nachos with basic salsa and it’s free.Caesar Salad (P345 ): I always order this for an appetizer to share. No photo again because I always dig into right because I’m so darn hungry! Great flavour, crispy lettuce, and I like it that it has the right amount of anchovy mix for that light salty taste.Chicken Fingers and Fries (P395 ): 4 chunky strips of chicken, lightly season with parsley flakes, sitting on top of a bed of fries. Dip every bite into honey mustard placed on the side. Yum!The Hangover Burger (P595 ): Oh yeah baby! This is what I’m talking about. Nicely sized burger with a thick juicy beef patty, caramelized onions and a sunny-side up egg placed on top just waiting for me to burst the yolk and watch it ooze off to the side. Eat it with a fork and knife unless you like to get your hands “yolky”.Strawberry Ice Tea (P120?): Can’t remember the price because I was really thirsty. I mean look at the size of the mug! It’s huge! Love the taste and that it has a little bit of fizz in it. It is refillable but I had a hard time just finishing off my first glass.Yeah I will be coming back especially when I’m in the mood for a burger and salad.

Absolutely dire...Service = 0Food = 2Atmosphere = 1Attendant was far from attentive, misinformation, failed to pay attention to order and left our sons food of the order.Brought his food after we finished our food, refused order completely, no matter how much manager pleaded to take it.All food was teribble; ribs were frozen and old.Second sons spaghetti was left as he said it was disgusting. Usually his favourite dish.Would not go back..EVER

Food is still great! Ordered Caesars salad and burger with truffle oil. The burger is so tender and juicy!

Used to be a good place for afterwork with some drinks, now in progress of moving one floor down, hence the original location is under some work. I think it will be great again after the move

Poor service and mediocre food. The staff are more interested in chatting with each other than looking after customers.Food is a poor reflection of TGI Fridays in other parts of the world.

Best place to chill and eat great foods

Really tasty food and much better than their stateside counterparts.I had their porkchop and it was delicious!

Foods are yummy. Love the vege, pizza and what i love most is super spicy chicken finger weaping to max. If you want a break and make your self happy. Go to TGIF made your self satisfied and made your day with a smile.

Service was soooo slow. The honey mustard tasted weird. And the servers didnt explain the happy hour well. Not apologetic for that!

Pleasant to see they have provided space for birthday parties! We tried this restaurant before way back year 2000 and servers were really good (articulate english speakers, attention to customers). Just last Sunday we were again in this place for a birthday party, crew welcoming at the front door has no idea what is the name of the birthday celebrant. Service crew were like robots, no eye contact with guest. We understand they were in a hurry and bunch other people are coming in (yeah coz they offer vouchers at discounted price at deals site!). Well I guess it is the over all experience.

Providing the quality service youd expect from a TGI Fridays

Classic spot in Glorietta since the 90s here in Makati City. Great and friendly staff. Separate smoking area, just dont sit near it because it still has some tobacco smell. Food prepared fast and delicious.

One of the first branches of TGI Fridays in the Philippines, this place is an institution! Its been around for decades and still going strong. Though its pricey, the friendly staff, good service and good food is consistent. The thing that I dont like here is that it can be noisy at times. Its got a separate smoking section for the smokers.

Food is indeed great! We celebrated our Groups Christmas Party and we have had a great celebration together....simple yet full of fun and great moments with one another...

Generally, good food and ambience. Could be better if they also have drinks for sharing e.g. pitcher of any drink to complement the food for sharing.

We used to always eat at this branch. But after continuous bad service at this branch, we decided to limit our visit here and prefer the other branches.One time, they lost our bistro card and gave it to another customer! What a hassle! Had to come back to retrieve the card.PS. There was one exceptional waiter though, the guy who used to had dreadlocks, but I think dreadlocks are gone now. :)

Big place. Mostly empty on a monday night. Service is very bad. 15 minutes to bring the drinks. Baby back Ribs were good and french fries too.

The burger was not for me. I can see other people loving it though.

Good ambience. The Jack Daniels sauce is the one that keeps you coming back, and of course the pork belly that melts in your mouth. Thay have taken this particular offering from the menu, though, but one still has other options to choose from. Great fresh lemonade and chipotle salad. Really deserves a five.

Attended a party hosted here TGIF Glorrietta. We were quite a big bunch. Food wasnt nice and not sufficient. When they serve the dishes for sharing, they never provide any serving cuttleries.. quite STUPID for a casual full service restaurant.. Have u forgotten about food hygiene and food safety???They were to also provide audio-visual equipments (as what i understood, no need to correct me if Im wrong)... Oh boy! Ever heard of testing yoyr equipment prior to the event?Oh WOW! what a maze to go to your toilet... Fellows, when you need to go.. you go, dont try to hold it... You might not make it inside.The only think good is the smoking room but even so, u might have missed some bits of logic here. Dear, the smoking room is a not really not big in floor area... Dont accommodate your goupp guests dining TGIF experience inside the smoking. On keep syo p.Keep your guest legitimate smokers.. dont be an instrument for NON smoker tp pick up the vice.

Great food at affordable prices! Clean resto and good ambiance.

I ate here once a few weeks ago. The pasta was very good and the pizza was also very good. As you would expect from a TGI in the USA. If you are tired for Filipino food and need some comfort food, this is a good stop. Prices are as you would expect in the USA.

This is probably one of my more favorite TGIF branches. I always make sure to ask for the booth at the smokers section and get the unlimited mojitos.Probably the biggest complaint would be the speed of service but its manageable.

Last Wednesday night, few minutes before the malls closing time, we rushed inside the mall hoping we can still find a good restaurant to have our dinner. Majority of the restaurants were already closed. Luckily, TGIF Glorietta remains open to serve hungry diners like us.We had Fish and Chips, Red Pepper Sausage and Chicken Penne Pasta, Salad (I forgot the name), Carrot Apple Juice and Strawberry Iced Tea Refillable. Fish and Chips tasted really good! The fish fillet and fries were cooked to perfection. This dish is simply irresistible!Red Pepper Sausage and Chicken Penne Pasta was good though it was not that spicy so we added Tabasco to make this dish exciting.The Salad was so refreshing. A good combination of vege, fruit, nuts, and cheese! Yummm!The place is big but the dining area is a bit dim.Customer service is good but would be better if the assigned server was available everytime we needed something.Overall, it was a good dining experience.

Food was just ok. Staff was friendly but never stopped by to check on anything. It took 30 minutes to get our check after our plates were cleared. They did make a good Bloody Mary though.

If youre here just to drink, stay at the bar -- the bartenders are great and service is faster. The beef queso dip goes well with the draft beer.

I really like this TGI Fridays, it is very spacious and keep a vintage style.
