Have been dreaming about the breakfast burrito - the scrambled tofu its sort of hidden up the stairs from the lobby of West of Ayala Building. It is cozy, probably room for 10-15 people.

I didnt even notice that the chorizo burrito that I ordered didnt have an actual pork chorizo in it. That is how good the food is at Green Bar Cafe.

There ia something about the vegn/vegan movement in the Philippines that I really find attractive. Despite the tendency to follow the global or western world trend ( this place has the meatless meat burger, donuts and cupcakes and salads) the local sce brims with the spirit of asserting that despite the omnipresence of pork sisig and its cavalcade, there is space for vegn/vegan food. The culinary acene ahould be rich of conversations, without the voice of Green Bar et al, the filipono cuisine will dragging its knuckles in mediocrity.

Great vegan food. Best for take-outs or delivery though as their space is too small and not the best location for dining in.

Very delicious only one minus is the time of serving it takes quite a while but worth it thou
