Food is superb. But staff needs training. No courtesy at all. They move like theyre forced to, even if the resto was BARELY filled. One group of guests gave one of them a hefty tip (probably because they ordered a lot of beers and they were very noisy), and the attendant just shrugged a thanks. Also, not one welcomed us even if there was only that group of rich titos and titas are the only ones dining in there. And that was 7:30PM on a WEEKEND! And, as we expected, NOBODY said a bye, thanks, see us again! when we left. Not even with that other group. Such a shame for a PRICEY FILIPINO, KAPAMPANGAN RESTO. Even fastfood resto staff would be gracious enough to say the very basic welcome and see us again!. Shame shame shame!!!

PLACE: simple,the AC near our table is not clean, the lock in the girls cr is broken.FOOD: weve ordered sisig (good), chicken relleno (its ok), shrimp okoy (I was expecting more small shrimps than potatoes), the native rice that was cooked in a bamboo stem( tastes like suman), sans rival (my kids loved it), and suman with ice cream and mangoes (its ok)...its also pricey for the quality and serving size that they offer.STAFF: their not friendly ( they dont smile)and their not rude ...

The best Kapampamgan food in town. You should try their best seller and sumptuous KARE-KARE and PORK BULANGLANG. Pricy but so delicious. If you visit Clark or Angeles it is must to stop and dine in Binulo Restaurant. Two thumbs up for this Restaurant....

Fast service given that cooking method is conventional. It is okay to pay an extra if the food is really good but in this case that does not apply. The paco salad that we ordered before in a carinderia in Angeles is still better than theirs which is only half the price. The calamares that I thought at first was onion rings is really thin that you can no longer bite and taste the squid, for about 10 pcs of it we paid 280 pesos. The Kare-kare is okay, but for 550 pesos it is priced way too much. For around 300 pesos it would be ok. For me, the restaurant should either lower their price or improve the quality and quantity of their food items.

Staff not welcoming, food not good, no back up electricity, waiters cough on food, cooks/servers not wearing mask while shouting so they shower the food with their saliva.

The food was great hands down.. Crew was courteous and polite, the owner was hands on, area was spacious but the setting was lacking for me. Great for family eat out. Be sure to visit this when in Pampanga.

This is the place to taste the best Pampanga cuisine the province is famous for.

The food selection here is super! We tried their kaldereta, sisig, Binukadkad na Tilapia, some salad, and their sinigang. Was surprised how they served the sinigang. From inside a bamboo segment, the waiter poured in a bowl the sinigang. Their sisig is like no other. ;) Also, their cup of rice is a little bit bigger than a regular one that two servings of it will really get you full. Anyway, the place is simple yet cozy and spacious. Theyve also got a huge parking space. Food is a little bit above the average price but its worth it. Five stars for me. :)

Expensive for the quality of food served. Price is not for the faint of heart.

Nothing special about the food, its okay but not great. I have tasted better Kare-kare and other dishes with half the price. If you just want to eat and satisfy your hunger and not concern about the taste and price then Binulo is for you. Binulong nasi is an overpriced (P150) 3 small suman size rice, looks good on photos but dont expect much, better to order usual steamed rice (P52/cup).
