In this challenging time, we understand that we have social distancing or quarantine measures to follow, but the problem was, when my family and I arrived at the hotel, we were told that senior citizens are not allowed in the restaurant. We were not advised or even asked whether or not we have a senior citizen in the group, when we made the booking days ahead. Considering that we are a family and we cannot leave one behind, all of us just decided to leave and find another restaurant. We would not push through and travel for 45 minutes to an hour had we known this. It was very disappointing, knowing that Marriott is a high-class hotel and services are expected to be of high standards. We were really looking forward to the experience of dining at the restaurant, which, unfortunately, did not happen.
Poor service, slipper lobster never came... paying 2k for a buffet dinner price is a ripoff. if no stocks then tell us and not let us wait
Mediocre Ala carte menu. Stay away from the taiwanese beef noodles and the Tom yum. Ribs are OK though. Never going back here
Could you believe this is breakfast buffet? Only partially pictured.
