Very nice CBTL Branch. This is along Tomas Morato, very strategic location as this place is a known food hub. After eating good food around, this is a perfect place to go and get a cup of coffee or tea. Shop is two-storey and offers table outdoors on side walk and 2/F terrace. Inside are nice and cozy chairs and tables good for drinks and pastries. They have limited wall sockets and are only placed on side walls so dont expect this place to be your gadget-charging stop. Aircondition is sufficient and interior designs are pleasing—usual with other CBTL shops. You can avail access of free wifi when you present your swirl card. Parking is limited, only located on the side walk space infront of the shop. Comfort rooms are big and provides basic amenities on usual comfort rooms. Generally this is a good stop for a rest and slow-paced quality conversation and time with yourself or with anyone.

Great food and item selection. Comfortable dining areas and decent wifi access.

I will not grade the coffee and tea drinks anymore (because ill be biased CBTL for the win!) but I really love the upgrade that CBTL has been doing in all of its branches. This one in particular in vertis north is spacious well lit and good for hang outs, studying (yes I can attest to that! They allowed me to study for long hours for my boards! ) and the staff are very courteous. And plus they have meals so basically they have prepared for us to stay. But be ready this place can get jampacked especially during lunch and dinner time..but hey thats good for business and we are just part of it!

The place was spacious enough. It was what you can expect from a CBTL branch. However, I had to dock a star because the food I got had less ingredients on it than with other CBTLs I have been (and I almost always only order the same pasta dish when I eat at a CBTL).

An ideal place to find coffee that is more than being fancy brewed or blended.

What A MessOur favorite place to hang out with meetings or friendly bonding is here at CBTL Tomas morato.But this service staff Ivy ruined our day.Why?well guess what!! when we are about to pay our order, we give our CBTL card to Ivy.and then we sat down to wait for our order.Then she told us if we do have a card.I said we already give the card to you!!But she insisted that we did not give the CBTL card.When i see my card because it has some clue mark, its just infront of her.She Check it.Before that me and my wife argue regarding my card because im sure that i already give my card to her. My wife told me that she already give it to the cashier staff witch is IVY.But again IVY insisted that we dont have a card...Then i see my card in front of her.Having said all of that i did not hear some sincere or plastic apology to that staff that in front of her we argue because of her.Then When i get our order... she told us that next time watch for our card.. i responded Good Service IVY... surely we will watch for my card but watch your mouth Lady!!Im totally fist off thats why i write a comment here. I can attached our reciept photo to proof that we expirience such a very bad service of your staff IVY and also you can review CCTV camera to explain a thousand words. its our first time that we encountered a staff of CBTL staff attitude like IVY.Its bastard!! and i think she is a stuborn spoiled bratt person.. that she dosent belong to hospitality industry.Even The store manager approach me , ANNA. That she even said that She will give a punishment to what IVy do to us. We Will not come back to CBTL timog untill this staff is gone. thats a loss guest for CBTL sorry.How ever We Love CBTL Centris and Rob. Galleria.As we are a coffee lover. we like your coffee and service with the hearth not a Bastard Staff Like IVY please dont destroy CBTL reputation just for this staff and a manager like Anna who dosent know how to disipline her staff well. Its bad for business and for a customer like us who believed a lot in CBTL.Take this comment as a sign of concern because we love your company.By the way we work also in a Hospitality industry but not bad as your service in CBTL TIMOG. 2nd floors have always been the spot where I stay in coffee shops; far from the noise of close loud conversations, people entering and the sound of beans being crushed. Coffee Bean basically has the same ambiance with SB Tomas but better. Used to stay in SB to read but had problems with the smoke entering the 2nd floor. Started hanging out here because the terrace immediately the 2nd floor is not a smoking area so there is not much smoke entering. There are times when people in the non-smoking area smoke but you can just go tell the crew and they would be reminding customers.
