Love the setup, music isnt too loud and has a nice relaxing atmosphere. Coffee is good but pretty generic same as most coffee chains.

Cosy and cold inside. Good food and coffee. Not crowded on a Saturday afternoon. Staffs were polite and service-oriented.There’s an option to stay outdoors because they have tables and chairs on the front part of their store. Wi-Fi has strong connection,too.One of the best stores of Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf I’ve ever been because they have a clean spacious area with really good ambiance.

I truly like the ambiance of this CBTL branch. Its perfect for meeting, date with a friend or even for a me-time. I used their coupon in availing this delicious chocolate and mocha cake and shared it with a friend of mine. Thank you, CBTL - Eastwood Mall for being accommodating. Ill just give 4 out of 5 stars since only 1 cashier is available/open the last time I went there thats why I had to line-up for about 10 or 15 minutes plus another 10 to 15 mins waiting for the serving of hot brewed coffee. But over all, CBTL mever disappointed me.

The service takes too long even if youre the only customer there. It took 30 mins just to prepare one sandwich, and the sandwich they made showed no effort at all. They constantly get distracted and i would say it is not worth it buying in this place. I recommend going to other cafe shops except The coffee Bean and tea Leaf.

An oasis in the middle of Eastwood City. Breakfast is top notch, and the free coffee or tea is icing on the cake. Wi-Fi is free, if you have their Swirl rewards card (make sure to ask for the password after handing over your card). Service is excellent as well, with the baristas recommending drinks. Head here for breakfast, late dinner, or if you just need some quiet time.

Meh - they have this cool new look, co-working type desk in the centre of the entrance all set up for 8 people to work at - and then they give you 2 power outlets - only 2 power outlets across THE WHOLE 2 FLOORS!! Terrible service restricting people from using their place for charging and working - shortsighted and tightfisted, I wont be coming back

A cafe with no place for electronic devices!!! You can totally go to somewhere else like Tim Horton, at least the drinks are better with cheaper prices. ;)

Great place to have your coffee fix. This branch has ample space for dine-in customers. AC is also very good.

Youll never believe when you spend exactly the same price as Starbucks for a cup of coffee, meanwhile getting absolutely worse service. My friends and I have worked and traveled to so many places and none of them so far required additional loyalty card to access their Wi-Fi! I just couldnt believe it, well...as all my friends commented: we can just go to other Cafes especially most of the places not only Cafes nowadays have Wi-Fi. I mean, its just a business, Im not criticising, just that I personally and our friends wont bother to go there since other coffee shops in the Philippines often have pretty good coffee. :) I took out all the time, and probably spent thousands peso every month there, not anymore.

One of the bigger branches of CBTL. On weekdays, this is filled with office workers. On weekends, mall goers. Sometimes there are not enough seats!

Despite the smoking ban, they allow smokers to smoke on their outside area.

Usually busy, service is ok. There are only 2 or 3 tables with access to the power outlet, if youre planning on working away with your laptop make sure you have enough charge.
