Our go to Chinese food but not their best quality on food and service today. Rice served sere old and stuffy, veggies undercooked, even the oyster sauce tasted undercooked. Other meats were ok though

This is a lesson. And I hope that everybody read this. I always wanted to go home and surprise my family with one of their specialty, Noodle Feast. For a family of 6 members, this is not enough, so I always order extra plain noodles. At first I ordered the noodle feast and an extra plain noodles. I called my wife and I was told that everybodys home so the extra noodle wont be sufficient. I asked the waiter to add another order of plain noodle. Then after I used the restroom, I decided to order additional 2 asado siopaos, then waited. After some 15-20 minutes, my order arrived . All packed. I asked the waiter if they added extra soup for the plain noodles, and the waiter apologized and said he will get it, then took my order back to repack it. Then he called my attention again he that forgot the siopao. So when my order came back, i was confident that everythings complete. The problem with their packaging is they use brown bag so youll not able to see whats inside, and I dont have time to double check because Im driving a scooter, and this is not the first time we ordered from this restaurant.When i came home and asked my wife to prepare the food, she asked me where the extra noodles are . Apparently only the container for the noodle feast, 2 packs of extra soup and the styrobox where the siopao was packed was were included in the take out..My wife asked me if all the noodles were packed or.included in the same container. If so, that is the usual way they prepare or pack the side orders is which is normally packet separately.This is the first time they did this. So my wife called to complain, spoke to Randy, who claims to be the supervisor. He said he cant offer to replace the product because they have packed it correctly. My wife was surprised because there was no offer to replace the order, the supervisor said that it was their waiter that instructed all the noodles(the original order plus the 2 extra orders) be packed in one container. My wife was awaiting for the supervisor to apologise and resolve the issue by replacing the order with the 2 extra plain noodles packed separately but there was no apology and when my wife said she will just return the product and refund the payment, the supervisor readily accepted and there was no remorse on the supervisors side to recover a potentially lost customer for the amount of 500.00Its such a pity for kimpo management that for a reputed restaurant like yours, you did not invest on training excellent customer service to your key officers. No matter how good your products are, you will not last in the food industry for long if you dont know how to treat and resolve your customers complaints properly.
