Girlfriend wanted Kani Salad but its not on the menu, the chef made one for her. 6/5 good food, under rated hahaha!

Food is ok. But serving time is soooo long. Waited more than an hour for all our orders to arrive, and the resto wasnt even full!

First a little bit of background: Ive been through plenty of Ramen Restaurants in the Philippines and especially the big ones (Ippudo, Mitsuyado... ) and I have to say the Service here is outstanding. I was served by this tall, young and pleasant lady who always had a smile on her face and paid the upmost attention to my grandmother. I could have sworn I was taken a back to my days where I was in Tokyo and Service was always a Priority. I went here last Friday with my grandmother. I ordered the Ankake for myself and some Beef Gyudon for my grandmother The Food was the same story as everyone else: Portions are kind of small. Food is very underwhelming for what you are paying for. My grandmother spat a piece of Gyudon out that was too hard while it was supposed to be tender. Owners of Nihonjin, if youre listening please try to assess what your cooks doing as it is undervaluing the name of your establishment. Keep up the good work with the service and more power.

One of your staff was very rude. Specially one of your girl staff, I heard that her dad was working in Barangay. Shes a waitress. Please teach her how to respect your customers and she should learn how to control her self.P.S. For you Lady, please dont be too high to the point that you can touch the sky because of your attitude. Dont be maangas (my friends just told me that word) just because your dad was working in Barangay.Thank you for reading my feedback. Btw, your foods are really nice and I liked the aroma.
