Chinese food in a lutong bahay setting.
Lutong bahay style
Sarap
Unless you’re from the area, it might be difficult to find this place. It’s right off a side street connecting to Banawe. Best you go there by Uber or your own car - as the street is a bit dark. The flavor of their dishes are somewhat different from chinese restaurants in Banawe. Mas Hongkong style yung luto - which is refreshing! We ordered the appetizer na prawn, tito bola soup (or I call it tito boy soup), toyo mansi chicken, and yang chow fried rice (aka chorizo rice since may lamang chorizo). Masarap naman. We went there around 9 so wala na masyado tao. By 10 (closing time) yung karamihan ng staff nila uwian na.
Food is very good! Nicely prepared n you will enjoy the taste. We love the Fish head Tofu Pot, unfortunately sold out, since I didnt call to order. The attendant offered a variand with fish fillet instead of fish head, it was good but i missed the fish head!
For lunch, we were first to arrive at around 11am. It was a good idea to go there early because it gradually turned into a busy, crowded place. By then we have already secured our comfortable space at the corner of the main dining area near the counter. Parking space was also easy peasy. We had spinach soup, tausi clams, lengua, and Happy Lulu Rice. The latter, though a rice topping, is a generous serving and may be shared by two. The dishes were tasty, but I wish their lengua would be tender. The prices are reasonable.
Good tasting food at a better price
Awesome meals. Home cooked vibe. Unique food. You don’t want to miss this hidden gem.
Food is great. Need to improve interior design
Decent food. Very fast service.
I like their sizzling oyster and steam Apahap. Serving size is a bit small.
The food is good. Generous serving, amd the price is reasonable. Parking is a bit difficult.
Simple little restaurant...but every dishes we 0rdered was very go0d.
Service not so good. Frustrated employees, food so so, place is stuffed.
Good home cooked Chinese food. Nothing spectacular, just a hearty meal.
Excellent food, priced just right.
Go to place for chicharon bulaklak and fried tofu. Bring a whiskey, bring a friend. Its a cool place to chill.
Great chinese resto tucked away within banawe area. Great spot for comfort food at affordable prices as well
Good food and ktv
Good Food Reasonable Price. Ample space parking lot. Clean RestRoom.
I hate chinessse food so meh but overall its gud if only i didnt hate chinese ans seafood
Reasonably priced chinese classics...
Simple place with wide choices of good food and value for money.
Nice place to dine. The owner is friendly. You can have dishes done your way, all you have to do is ask.
The chicharon bulaklak is light and crunchy. The halaan soup was free of sand that usually comes out of the clams. Wasnt clammy because of how fresh the seafood was. The serving sizes was just right. Overall great taste. Good price.
Comfort food like home. Fave is the fried baby squid.
It may be pricey for the serving size but the taste is without question
Always our go to chinese home cooked meals
No ambiance but fantastic food at reasonable prices

Home cooked style food. Some dishes are ok, some not. Tucked in a sleepy side street.
Try their Chicharon Bulaklak! Tasty and crispy without being too oily.
Hidden gem along banawe area, must try
Dining experience was very cozy :) tastes like home cooked meals
Home cooked chinise style dining. Inexpensive too.
We just had our lunch, i ordered chicken teriyaki, all i got was chicken on bbq sauce (tasted like reyes bbq peanut sauce) with sesame seed on top. so they called that chicken teriyaki. delicious though, but i was expecting the sweet taste of teriyaki sauce and i did not order chicken bbq.
Food are very good. Highly recommended.
Hokkien home cooked meals that will make my amah proud!
Food is good for casual dining. A go to place when dining out.
Value for money. Restaurant interior adorned with old photographs.Fast service, good food. Love their Szechuan talong, polonchay, beef tenderloin, spare ribs and chocnut turon with choco dip.
Typical Chinese food and they have parking. This place is always full at peak hours.
We ordered sze chuan talong toyo mansi chicken and grilled liempo. Everything went well.. until we saw this 1 pc of chicken with hair attached to the skin. I told the waiter to change it and they said yes... same order. While i was waiting for the replacement... i noticed that 1 waiter removed the chicken with hair and the plate was just there. ( i dont know whats their plan) but the way i see it... they just planned to remove the chicken with hair and give back the rest to me without replacement. At the end since I was watching intently they did give me a completely new plate.
Great home ooked foods. Very deliightful.
Good food and value for money. Returned to dine everytime!
Good food. Place a little cramped.
