The authencity of japan ramen is evident in every bowl they serve. The noodles 4/5 for its firmness and softness. 5/5 for the broth, the taste is comparable to the other expensive ramen shop. The chasu is world class 5/5. But their serving is exactly what you paid for, 180 pesos. I never knew that authentic ramen in the Philippines (ramen nagi, ippudo, etc) can be affordable. Although it is very different compared to other ramen shop bowl set up, but their ramen can compete to the other expensive ramen shop.Just like the other restaurant. The waiting time for the meal is really time consuming. Probably 20mins - 30mins.About the place, it is dimed. Sometimes, I feel like its really dark inside and was unable to see clearly. The place is always full, maybe you need to line up for 30 minutes to be served. They also offer advance orders. Aside from ramen, they also have other rice meal and drinks. They have free house tea (jasmin tea). The waiters are nice and accomodating. Best to eat when alone or with family. They have service charge.P.S: I always eat here every Saturday. It’s really worth coming back.
