Ramen was good and so as the pork bun

I am a ramen lover and I recommend this restaurant for thos who craves for ramen or even a katsu specials. The place is cozy and have a japanese environment and staff who greets you in nihonggo. It is best that you try it with your friends and family so that they can taste different foods. Ippudo have many branches within the Metro Manila and this is one of their branch in Quezon City.

Good food. Great service from staff. Place is highly accessible. Ambience is nice. Customer service at its finest. Keep it up guys!

Tasty foods. Juicy too...

Food is great. But there is a problem with their AC ventilation. Its too hot, and eating hot food doesnt help either with the place.

Their new dish is worth the try. Having loads of mushroom and tofu on tasty ramen, for me, is better than having 2 slices of pork belly. In the absence of the sweet bellpepper in their salad, they added more chunks of pomelo. Service crew are very attentive and quick to serve.

Having tasted better ramens, I have very low expectations for Ippudo, but well, my experience was better than what I have originally expected.First, the staff were warm and helpful, even suggesting the best doneness of the noodles for the broth. Their broth also desrve a special mention. Its a tonkutso based broth, but its a little garlicky, which makes it pleasureably different from other rich tonkutso broths. Having said that, i was expecting a rich broth, but theirs is a little thin for my taste.Their chashu, is just okay. Its tender. The aji tamago however is already hard boiled when it reached my table and its missing that japanese umami flavor, but its good. Maybe its better to order the egg on the side if u want that soft boiled egg with the runny yolk.Anyways, overall, its a pleasant experience. What makes the total experience good, is the receptiveness of the staff. Kudos sa inyo.
