Here, you get a big bowl of noodles for just around P250 the most for sharing. A choice of either wheat or egg noodles topped with generous serving of either pork or beef and a soup of your choice. If you want something spicy, go for szechuan! The wait time though to get a seat is kind of a challenge especially on a weekend and during paydays. There are seats outside wherein you can wait for your turn but you got to go inside and make sure to have your reservation noted and a service crew will have your name on the list or else youll be sitting all day outside waiting. Once inside, you may also want to try their dumplings which compliment the noodles and you can splurge into their yummy soya drink and get yourself hyped with their sumptuous shaved ice! :)
I always drive by Maginhawa St. and I often see a queue outside this restaurant so we decided to give it a try. We ordered the egg noodles with pork toppings in classic broth and gyoza. I went there with my husband and the server asked if wed like to split the order into two. Fantastic! Sharing made easy, right? The classic broth is tasty but not special as I have expected. The gyoza is too slippery (or maybe its just my poor chopsticks skills). I am not fond of spicy dishes and the spicy noodles might have been the superstar. I should try it next time. :)
Good food in a good price. The speciality is noodles, we could choose the toppings (seafood, beef, pork, vegetarian), the broth (szechuan, laksa and classic), noodles (wheat or egg noodles), and levels of spicy (1st, 2nd, 3rd and ultimate). We love also the oolong milk tea and ice cream. Expect queu during dinner time, but you could easiy find seat for afternoon meals. Make sure you place the order since beginning. Because of high traffict of customer, the additional order will take long time to serve. One bowl of noodles is good for two but most of time I could finish it all by myself.
Value for money! Tried the Beef Szechuan Egg noodle w/ 2nd Degree spiciness and it was good! We also tried the Kuchay Pork and the Pork dumplings and taste was good as well.Just a tip: since the place is kind of small, you should try to arrive just before typical meal times (I think you can reserve a table?)
All three broths of their noodles are good( I prefer the classic tho as other broth a bit spicy for me). Even the sidedishes are great. You know that it is something special when you always see a queue in here even in summer.
I went here on a Saturday night and theres this long line of people outside. The place is quite small so Ive waited 2hrs to be seated. I ordered the pork szechuan with wheat noodles and a spicy level of Ultimate Burn. It is indeed very very spicy like its made up of 80% chili and garlic oil though, the taste of the broth is nothing special (Ramen nagis red king is still the best for me). Verdict? Its definitely worth the price, but not the wait.noodles P185soya drink(unlimited) P70
Ive had this about 3 years ago and remembered it differently. Dont know if theyve always added this much msg and knorr seasoning. I couldnt even finish the soup because of how it reminded me of lucky me.
まぁまぁ良い中華そばです。とても安いのでサービスも早い。自分で好きなようにラーメンを作れるのがポイントです。
Sulit for money! Tasty and affordable! Hindi tinipid sa ingredients, at ineffortan pa plating. One of the best noodles Ive tasted!
This place is my favorite spot whenever I wanted to eat ramen. And their oolong tea! It is the best tea that Ive ever had.
Good food with reasonable price but small space and no parking
Beef Szechuan noodles + Pork Kuchay Dumplings + Soy Milk = Happy..
Love the noodles!!!!! Choose what kind of noodles u want, the soup base and how hot you want your soup....But before that you have to wait in line....but its worth to wait.
Want to eat affordable yet sumptous ramen noodles? This is your place to dine. Masarap na mura pa. their bowl of noodles can be shared by two if you have little appetite. Go and visit and youll never regret it. Kailangan lang pumila kasi blockbuster talaga pero worth it naman.
Reasonable price but needs more space and parking
When Craving for spicy noodles.. fly to their maginhawa branch! Our all time favorite is beef szechuan, with egg noodles *on second degree!!Their pork and kuchay dumplings are good, too!And dont forget to try their bao-bing after (icecream mixed with coffee jelly, lychee, peaches etc)Best time to visit..im guessing between 1pm and 4pm during weekdaysBranch is open til 2am
So delicious especially the intensity of hotness and affordable on the budget. Worth the wait even its rainy.
Always a long line. One of the best noodles. Its worth the wait.
Very nice place. Good ambiance and delicious food. The staff also are accomodating. Nice place to eat
Nice food though the queue is very long and would usually take you 2-3 hours before youll be entertained inside.
Their noodles tastes great and offer large servings. The place is cramped and the wait is long though.
Good food but not enough space for parking
Big servings of delicious noodles. Their soy milk is the perfect tandem to the spicyness of their dishes
If were only going to talk about the food and service of this place, Ill give it a 5-star but if youre planning to eat here at around 7pm onwards... My dear be prepared since they have a line every dinner time. The place is less crowded before 5pm.
Unique in its own preparation but the taste of soup is very satisfying... I will visit the place next time when I come back...
