Jusko po ang tanga nag mga crew! 15 mins daw. Pinag bigyan ko nag hintay kami 25 mins tapos pag follow up namin wala pa daw kasi mali ng punch omg! Pag hihintayin pa kami ng another 10mins?! Unacceptable! Worst experience sa Zarks

Very bad experience with them. Kulang ng large fries ung take out namen. Bumalik na nga kme dahil kulang ng 2 iced tea ung binigay samen. Tapos pagdating namen sa office nun lang namen nakita kulang ng large fries. Will never go back again there. Ever! Tagal pa nila mg serve. I hope the managment will see this and take action.

Zarks really offers tasty and big burgers. Aside from that, I loved the mayo combination they made for the french fries, it is very tasty as well. It did really fit well with the french fries. Will definitely recommend this

There burgers never disappoint. Value for your money. Its juicy, flavorful and worth till the last bite. Big servings and generous with ingredients. The serving time made ky experience a little less satisfying. It took time and sereveral follow up to serve my single meal order. They also share space with a taco place which is i think good so you can order if you crave tacos and merican food.

This place is overrated.I ordered the Deep fried Burger (10 burgers you must eat before you die, accdg. To them) and it is not good. The bun is soggy because of the oil so apparently the bun tastes like oil as well. The taste of oil that has been used over and over for frying. The patty is also bland.I also dont like their fries and chips coz again you can taste the used oil in it.Then for Dessert I ordered the Deep fried Snickers. Well its deep fried again so you know what to expect. Good thing theres Snickers in it :DWell, maybe Id give it a second try at a different location. Hopefully I wont be disappointed as I was the time I dropped by.

There is a big improvement with the taste of their burger from my last visit. Enough to satisfy your cravings for burger in an affordable price.

Good food but poor customer service. There were few customers (about 3 sets of customer) and 3 crew members in the counter. 2 crew members were using their phones while the other one was working on the orders. It was hard to get their attention since they are looking down on their phone most of the time.

Food is okay. But customer service is quite questionable. They casually asked if Id rather get a calamansi juice or a soda making it sound like its included to the meal I ordered. Also my mistake not directly clarifying. Got charged extra because of that.

Burgers are pretty big and very fairly priced. Probably the best burger place in the area (for the price.) Definitely recommended and if you have the guts, take on their burger challenge ;)

Always liked Zarks no matter how long the lines may be at times.

For me best burger in town from all other fast food resto and for reasonable price and possible to add whishes in order.

The service is very slow. The person in cashier is also thr server. I dont recommend this place for those who dont have much time to wait. Specially if youre on a lunchbreak. It will eat so much of your time

Oily food, lantutay fries, waiters arent attentive. The table we had still has their cleaning supplies on top and got removed only when we were about to order, around 5 mins there.

Food is the best thought my friends are saying that the quality is going down

Place is very busy during lunchtime, service is so-so because theres only one cashier (who is sometimes also the server), Ive eaten here 2x already. Zarks used to be cheap which makes everything (service etc) worth it, not recently though since they started increasing their number if branches and raising their prices

The burgers are big; like in the US.

Not the service that I expected, the burger was late, utensils was late and was not able to use the unlimited drinks and fries due to the ugly service the we received, I hope this is only with this branch

Cool place and nice feel around it.

Awful service !!! You will give your orders all together but they will serve it one at a time and in 45mins difference.. and if you follow up crews faces are irritated.

Good burger, place is great with friends

Already my 4th time eating in this branch. Burger is okay but the service is extremely sluggish. Just calling their attention to get your order is difficult and already takes time, even when billing out. I came in with only 5 tables filled and some have already been served. I ordered All Star and it took a ridiculous 25 mins.! Some who also just came in after me got their order first which annoyed me more. Only 1 or 2 waiters are serving at a time who doesnt seem to be taking their jobs seriously. Its also a good etiquettes to apologize if you put the customer in an inconvenience. Management should take a look at the system going on here. For a 1 hour lunch break, I wouldnt recommend eating here.

This branch takes quite longer time to serve. Anyway, the burger is good. :)
